Are things considered a great value for the money. Not brand new but extremely clean.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Could use some cups in the bathroom, but other than that perfect for what I needed.

Cons:

Cups in the bathroom would have been nice

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms need some work and air needs maintenance
Pros:

The property was fine and the location was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our air conditioning didn’t work well at all and got worse at night, so we slept in a hot uncomfortable room. That alone would have me pick another hotel next time. We let the staff know.

Sorely disappointed, could not wait to get out of there to another hotel.

Cons:

Toilet that wouldnt flush (had to flush it 3x each time), Sink that backed up, shower was dirty. The 30 year old smoke detectors, right above the bed, blinks all night keeping you awake. The hallways look like a 3rd world country in terms of cleanliness.

If Booking.com had done their sort better I would have saved$: fine print pet fee &Uber
Pros:

Many amenities if you use gym pool and like mall nearby; beds very comfortable :staff helpful if thin. All food & drink is charged separately.

Cons:

Thin walls hear talking sounds. In busy E-W corridor across from mall with Uber in high pricing even for 10 min rides. $100 per stay for pet fee. Not clearly noted in Booking.com .
