Horrible weekend.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I had booked 2 nights. When I arrived there they told me it was canceled because of overbooked. I had drive around to find me another hotel at the last minutes. The receptionist was cold and call her manager who.was the same. They guaranteed me the second night was not canceled. When I came the receptionist told me that I needed to.pay since booking canceled it and I will see a refund. I.paid. When I called booking booking told me they will not refund me the hotel should do it. I kept calling but the manager voice mail is full and I am not able to speak to anyone about my refund. It was a terrible weekend for me. Sonesta should do better. I will never stay in this hotel and I still did waiting for my refund.

Pros:

Front desk Lee was the best..outshone the rest !...Will always stay at Boca Sonesta...Computer use...parking...close to everything

Cons:

not enough coffee in morning...no hand sani in workout room...icemaker broken on 4th floor

Not a pleasant experience, way less than expected especially for me area…

Bathroom diverter valve was broken so shower was weak, my wife found hair in the bathtub( not ours), night front desk agent who was there on our arrival and then again morning was less than professional, not friendly or personable…The 1st morning of our stay the breakfast area was not open and when it was on later days it really doesn’t amount to anything you would want to pay for…The Marketplace is also lacking and there isn’t any alcohol for sale like most hotels…

Frequently in Boca.....VERY WORST hotel stay we have ever had

The location is very convenient to getting around in
Boca Raton.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are VERY old. There has been no updating in many years. The carpets in the room and hallways have not been cleaned in a long time.....there was a VERY bad odor on the first floor hall leading to the lobby. The bathroom had an old tub/shower, and the toilet was one of the old lower types. The "restaurant" in the lobby was ridiculous for a hotel, and had very few choices... Two egg sandwiches on a roll, 2 packaged fruit cups, and a muffin cost 50.00!! The "free" coffee bar offered 4 oz cups. At 700.00 + for 2 nights it is definitely off the list!!!!

Suite was nice, most staff were friendly and helpful…Hotel needs some lift in many areas…

The suite was nice and was clean…Although the cleaning products used leave a distinct not so pleasant smell to the room…

Cons:

The marketplace and supposed breakfast area ( which wasn’t even available our 1st morning) are 3rd rate…Expected better considering the rate being charged…

Pros:

Did not eat breakfast here but when i went downstairs at 7:15 it was not open.
