As an environmental employee I didn’t think it was right to be cleaning the AC vents in the lobby while I was eating. I could smell & see the dust particles

Standard mid-range American hotel, on a large road. Pet friendly
Pros:

Pet friendly is super, as my pet was injured so I had to bring him along. Some staff were very friendly, others just midlin but did their job. There's a microwave in the lobby, and also on the upper floors: the upper floors are better, because you can zap for more than 2 minutes. Having a pool is great too, for a quick dip to start or end your day.

Cons:

Right on a big road, and the area either requires a car or a lot of walking/biking on roads meant for cars. It's suburban sprawl: "Boca Center" is just a huge shopping mall. But that's just America. I needed to be at the Marriott, which is more expensive, and so this was convenient and economical. Also, Farmer's Table at the Windham has great organic food, and their pool area (by the restaurant) is a more elegant place to linger.

Location was great. Just off the highway and several restaurants to choose from within walking range

Cons:

We have been to this hotel 2 x within a month and both times the coffee shop was either closed or the coffee (which we paid for) was awful & cold. The rooms are clean but the bathroom tiles desperately need new grout.

Rude staff. Major issue with pricing still not rectified. Location convenient but would not call the property a resort located in essentially an office park. Fancier Holiday Inn

Rhean Was amazing! taking care of front desk and the cafe with a smile on her face she definitely knows customer service 10/10 and makes an amazing coffee. Made our morning better hope to see her again.
