The hotel is situated very centrally, but quiet and calm. Staff were friendly, rooms comfortable and the breakfast selection was excellent.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. The location is very convenient, right next to Victoria train station. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
The elevator to the wing of the hotel where I stayed was faulty. However the staff elevator was our alternative.. I believe that would be fixed before my next stay.
Location - we needed to be by station and it’s right next door with an entrance onto concourse. Stunning building.

A localização é maravilhosa, bem do lado do palácio. A estação Vitória é do lado, então, tem transporte para qualquer lado da cidade. A recepcionista foi bem atenciosa, não entediamos o que ela estava falando sobre onde era o quarto e ela nos levou até ele. Foi uma experiência sensacional
Lovely old railway hotel with big corridors and rooms. Comfortable bed. Very welcoming front staff. I was there by happenstance for the hotel anniversary celebration and they were giving out free drink tokens. Arrived early and checked me in no problem because a room was available. I was overlooking the bus stops in front of the railway station, and it was very quiet.
Through booking.com, I felt the price was comparitively value for money.

Would definitely stay again, even making it my preferred London hotel.
The door to the bathroom was frosted glass. This was a problem because there was no blind on the bathroom window, so a lot of light came into the bedroom via the bathroom with the dawn.
There was 1 hard chair and one ottoman in the room, no comfortable chair. With the room size, it could have afforded some more furniture.
Those are the only two minor negatives, and wouldn't stop me staying there again.
The breakfast was good and its staff was excellent
The rooms and bathroom and window could have been a bit cleaner in our 6 th floor room
