I recently booked rooms at the hotel for a bride and her bridal party, including upgrading the bride’s room to a suite via Booking.com. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
On arrival, the bride was given a standard double room and told there was no upgrade, despite us showing proof of the confirmed booking multiple times. Staff then attempted to charge extra for the suite, even though the agreed price had already been set through Booking.com. After significant back and forth, she was eventually moved, but had to carry all her belongings herself, which was stressful and unnecessary, especially the night before her wedding.
When we finally accessed the suite, it was not clean, with visible hairs in the shower. We requested cleaning and fresh bedding at around 8pm, but by 11pm nothing had been done. Multiple follow-up calls were made and still no one came. A heater was delivered, but the room remained unclean. We were told someone would come at 7:30am, but again no one arrived, and we were forced to clean the shower ourselves.
To make matters worse, other members of the bridal party had ants in their bathroom.
Overall, the lack of organisation, cleanliness, and response from staff caused significant stress at a time that should have been special and relaxing. This experience was far below expectations and not reflective of the service advertised.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Clean rooms, super helpful and nice staff, location is amazing. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff from the very beginning to the end was nice and responsive. The lady at the reception gave me some recommendations for restaurants and they were amazing.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and the layout was different compared to the pics for classing king room, but I was traveling alone for a short trip, so it was fine to me. The room had a very small window overlooking neighboring building, so little light in the room and not the best view. If you manage to get a better view and layout like in the pics, I guess it would be a nicer stay. The other suggestion, adding more options for breakfast would be nice. But overall I was satisfied with my stay :)
