위치가 참 좋았어요 한인슈퍼 ms슈퍼 주변에 식당도 많 고 버킹엄궁 도보로 가능 합니다.
오래된 느낌이 들긴합니다 창문이 고정이라 안열립니다
Location of hotel was perfect.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Facilities were clean to a very high standard.
It had a fantastic feel about it and I would definitely go back.
Unfortunately the hotel bar was closed and we were hoping to have pre-theatre cocktails in there which was a real shame.
Also, I think that the complimentary items in the room could have been a bit more in line with the price point. One small bottle of still water for two people to share (neither of us drink sparkling), and a packet of crisps/popcorn to share...a packet each would have been nice.

Amazing location, very convenient for exploring London and getting around.
Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. It was very noisy at night, the sink was blocked, there was no coffee provided, and the TV didn’t work. The staff also weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming.

The foyer was lovely looking and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable
The room was small and nothing fancy for the price. The carpet was very stained. I was also charged for breakfast after stating multiple times at the property and over email that I did not want breakfast. Thankfully I was reimbursed after following up.
