Amazing afternoon tea
Pros:

We had the wicked afternoon tea served by Mohammed, Gemma and Darid and it was so lovely. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating and the food and drinks were delish! Would highly recommend

Another Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!
Pros:

This was our second stay at The Clermont Victoria, and once again it exceeded our expectations.

Our experience started with a warm and efficient check-in thanks to Max and Sydney, who were both friendly, professional, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.

When it was time to leave, Lavinia made the checkout process quick and seamless while taking the time to ensure we had enjoyed our stay.

A special thank you also to Anamaria, who kindly brought us our stored luggage with a smile. Her helpfulness and friendly attitude were the perfect end to another wonderful visit.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Clermont Victoria and are already looking forward to our next stay.
