Friendly and welcoming staff, great location!
Pros:

We had a superb welcome and the staff were all so friendly and efficient. It has an impressive entrance area. Rooms were clean, tidy and beds very comfortable.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit charm und hilfsbereitem/ freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich super (direkter Ein- und Ausgang vom Hotel zur Victoria Station), ebenso die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Außerdem war die Lobby atemberaubend!

Cons:

Der komplizierte und lange Weg zum Zimmer: Man musste auf einer Etage den Lift wechseln, wobei dieser durch einen langen Fußweg getrennt war. Anschließend musste man auf der eigenen Etage nochmals einen weiten Weg bis zum Zimmer zurücklegen. (Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ältere Personen dies im Voraus wüssten.)

Das Frühstück „to go“ (aufgrund unseres frühen Fluges) können wir leider ebenfalls nicht empfehlen. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es nicht dem gezahlten Preis.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the location at Victoria Station. It was very easy to navigate around the city and walk straight up to our rooms. We were a family of 6 with 3 rooms. The only negative was the size of the bathrooms. One of the rooms had a bathroom so small you could barely move in it.

Size of 2 of the bathrooms.
