L’ambiente è accogliente, curato , La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata, e si percepisce l’attenzione ai dettagli.
Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, ottima colazione , Anche la posizione è molto comoda vicino alla stazione e alla fermata degli autobus

Mixed stay
Pros:

Great room, beautiful decor and great areas to work from (The Soak Bar and various breakout spaces in the lobby and upstairs). The location is absolutely fabulous.

Cons:

The check-out experience was disappointing. When I asked for an invoice, I was told (somewhat abruptly) that I would need to contact Booking.com, which was surprising as this has never been my experience before. As this was a work trip and I needed the invoice to expense my stay, this was quite important. Booking.com advised that the hotel would need to provide it, so I had to follow up again. In the end, the invoice was issued by the hotel, as it should have been at check-out. Unnecessary waste of time during a busy work trip.

Additionally, I wasn’t able to store my luggage for one night during my work trip to Leeds. While I understand this may not always be possible, it felt a little surprising given that I was returning the next day and had multiple bookings in place (two five-night stays and two three-night stays). As a repeat guest, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility.

Also, no body lotion or hand cream in the room so don't forget to bring it with you.

Fantastic location with kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. Very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The restaurant was also really good (I think the name of the restaurant is Soak and the food was really good). Internet was good as well.

Cons:

My only issue was with the shower and water pressure in my room. It took a long time for the water to get to the temperature I liked and then the pressure was too low.

Great hotel and good location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location right next to Victoria Train Station. I was upgraded which was a bonus and the room was lovely. It was great that the hotel had gluten free options for breakfast and a gluten free designated toaster. The hotel is now one of my favourites in London and i hope to stay there again in the future.

Good location, but not the best quality
Pros:

The hotel is super well positioned, at Victoria station, having also an entrance in the station. It's right across Wicked. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

A thorough cleaning happened long time ago, we even had some garbage on the windowsill. The bathroom was superfizially cleaned, in the room the sheets had some minor stains on them, the phone cord was full of dust. Totally not OK for a 4 stars hotel. The room was extremely small, the bathroom also.
