The location. Right good location. The architectural features of Hotel are very nice.
A Ukrainian lady was amazing. She worked in the restaurant. After a misunderstanding she was very courteous and proactive. A real asset to the hotel.
The staff were quite poor. As though we were an inconvenience. Had to ask multiple times if our room was ready as no one told us. They had initially told us they would tell us as it was not ready, then were a little rude telling us we should know its ready as its after 3pm. Found the reception staff very unhelpful, boarding on rude. Restaurant booking was a nightnare also. It was available to book online but staff were very unhelpful. When we complained a manager then tried to blame a young lady for all the problems. Very poor leadership. A real shame for such a nice hotel. Just need better staff. Who look like they want to be there.
Ein schönes traditionsreiches Haus, zentral (direkt an der Viktoria Station9 gelegen und trotzdem ruhig.
Ein kleines aber schönes Zimmer (mit kostenlosen Getränken).
Der Kleiderschrank war ein wenig zu klein, und es fehlte im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers ein Hänger o.ä.

Windows could with better soundproofing.woken up early in the morning by the traffic. This might be because I'm a light sleeper.
