A beautifully designed historical building attached to Victoria Station meant a great location.
The bathroom was small and while well appointed it was poorly designed. The bathtub was angled and too narrow for standing making for a dangerous shower.

The hotel was clean and the photos were accurate as it's shown in the website, it is close to a lot of attractions: Big Ben, Buckingham palace among other places! The staff were welcoming and helpful! Not to forget the breakfast with a wide variety of options!👍🏻 The soak restaurant which is accessible from the hotel has delicious food 🙂
We’ve booked a classic king room it was nice however, the moquettes were old and the floor sounded a bit, while the toilet was very cold!

We had the most wonderful stay here this weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming and beautifully done.
The hotel itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, tidy and finished to a very high standard. You can tell real care and attention goes into maintaining it. It felt fresh, comfortable and genuinely relaxing throughout.
What really stood out though was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional and spoke to us with such respect. Nothing felt rushed or forced — just warm, natural hospitality.
It was honestly just a lovely experience from start to finish, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was average - overpriced at £25pp, despite booking.com stating £21.50pp. No receipt provided when bill paid & restaurant questioned if we'd purchased breakfast.
