Pros:

The staff was great and very attentive, he made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is simple but good, it has everything we needed. The location and the views are excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Pros:

Muito ruim. Pagamos um quarto melhor e nos colocaram num quarto apertado, cama de armar, banheiro com problemas, tampa do vaso quebrado, com perigo de machucar. Reclamamos e não fizeram nada. No café da manhã, pouca atenção e muito barulho de louça sendo lavada. Péssima experiência.

I loved the views and the fact that they accomodante everything I asked for.
They were always prompt and extremely nice.

Poca pulizia,in camera nn c'erano coperte,struttura datata con finestre che si chiudono con difficoltà, staff senza nessuna competenza professionale e per finire, tornando alle ore 0.30, dopo che avevamo avvisato che avremmo fatto tardi, andiamo per aprire la porta ma c'era la chiave dall'interno più di mezz'ora a chiamare e suonare e nessuno rispondeva poi alla fine si sono svegliati ed hanno avuto pure da ridire che dovevamo passare da non so dove secondo il loro!!!!
Roba da matti!!!!
