Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. Gurmeet Singh(Gary) was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be staying there again. The ppol area is really nice.

Pros:

My room was right beside the pool so access to the hot tub was great.
The bed was clean and comfortable. The hot tub water was hot and the pool was cool and clean

Cons:

The room was way too hot, small and overly cluttered with too many tables and chairs. The bathroom was older and difficult to regulate the water temperature. Fan was only running with the light.

Cons:

Old plumbing, cracked tub, uncomfortable unit with only one outlet between two beds, sparking fan. The worst Days Inn that I’ve been in AB.

Staff were very friendly, and accommodating, respectful and informative. Location and rates are great! Especially when the chain next door is over twice the rate! The bed and bathroom counters and coffee maker were all clean. The tv didn’t have a signal and it took about an hour to get a replacement box and remote to get it working, BUT the staff were prompt, polite, respectful and in the end, we got it solved! Technology isn’t worth a bad review. Efforts to fix are worth a good review.

Cons:

We had a smoking room - which was on purpose!However, there were ashes behind the nightstand and along the side of the bed, and I found a strangers pair of socks poking out from underneath so it makes me wonder if it was thoroughly vacuumed. A random ceramic coffee mug was on the dresser which didn’t belong in the room and there was a lightbulb missing from the lamp by the tv and over the nightstand.

Pubic hairs in the bathtub, so couldn’t even shower
Hairs also all over bathroom floor, so had to keep shoes on

Absolutely awful
Cons:

This is the scariest hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room we were given looked like a scene from a horror movie. It was absolutely filthy, all the walls had stains running down them, the bed was full of black hairs and pubic hair, the bath tub was unfathomable, so filthy I wouldn't have even even washed a dog in it. Burn holes EVERYWHERE in the beds, the floors, the counter in the bathroom, everywhere. The blankets on the beds had the grossest stains on them as well. I was horrified by this room. It looked like the room that hookers, junkies and child traffickers use. I wish I was joking. They gave us a new room, and it was better but the bathroom was horrendous. I did not sleep. I stayed awake all night to make sure that nobody broke in and stole my tiny child from me. There were junkies all around the outside of the hotel too. This hotel is a nightmare in real life. The Corporation of the Days Inn should be embarrassed to have a hotel in this condition. Do not stay here unless you are a drug addict. Do not subject your children to this kind of real life horror. It's unbelievable, and that's says a lot considering I am from Regina, Saskatchewan! Zero stars given, do NOT recommend ever. Pictures don't do it justice!
