Very disappointed for the price.
Cons:

The pool and spa were unavailable. Everything is old and outdated. From the hallways to inside the rooms, everything.Needs fresh paint. New carpet. New fixtures. Popcorn ceilings come on. Unfortunately, the area itself has only gone downhill. The complete overhaul, they're doing on metro center, is a couple years away from completion. Probably four years minimum. That will help. Born and raised in this part of the city. Very familiar.

Cons:

Booked off off booking.com, their site says the pool was working- the pool is NOT open. That was a major reason for booking. It should be noted that there’s no actual door for the bathroom.

Comfortable and good location.
Pros:

Very clean. The front desk staff was very profesional and nice.

Cons:

That the pool was not functioning and had with me 2 kids. The pool was the reason I rented the hotel.

My stay was great.
Pros:

The hotel environment was beautiful. We were able to take good pictures. My kids loved it a great deal. Also the breakfast was good. Customer service was impeccable. I would love to live there when next I am in Phoenix.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything. It was not difficult finding parking even though the parking lot was always at capacity. Everything was good about the place I cannot say there was anything I did not like.

It got the job done but was not the Hilton standard we have come to expect with other properties.
Pros:

Not very much. Quick check in and room was ready might be the only positive thing I have to say.

Cons:

A dated hotel at price that didn't match. Not the best neighborhood and surroundings. The ironing board was missing pieces and stored in the bedroom. The facility is run down. The staff was short when asked about the ac unit only having a fan option. In all,

We have stayed here a number of times. This time around we found 2 small water bottles in the room for $3 each. We decided to just buy our water across the street st QUICK TRIP. After checkout my bank showed 2 separate transactions of $6 for water we never touched. This shows a failure on housekeeping. I had to start contacting the hotel for refund. Inconvenienced for their mistakes.

Pros:

Overall, the price of the facility was affordable and the staff was pleasant and easy to speak with.

Cons:

The room was outdates, the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were subpar. One of the elevators were out of order and the smell of the hotel in the hallways was pretty overwhelming.
