El personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y el detalle del frigo bar me gustó mucho.
The only reason I booked it as it's close to Ado bus station and I needed somewhere nice and comfortable to stay overnight after the late flight. And this hotel has 3* and good reviews.
Communication with the hotel was an issue from the start. No replies. After booking the room you will get an email with a link to the hotel logo as for security reasons it isn't included in the bookingcom photos. That link didn't work and no one bothered to resend it to me and I nicely asked. I was arriving at night - no ideal not to know what your hotel looks like from the outside. At the end I took Uber. The location looks dodgy, at least for the night wanders for solo female travellers, it gave me goose bumps.
After arrival I checked in only to discover that a 3* hotel doesn't provide drinking water or have facilities on the site to buy it. The receptionist asked me to walk 15min to the nearest shop at 11pm to buy water. Well I did cause i had no choice I didn't want to die of dehydration in 28c heat but that walk was scary. I thought this was a bit too lazy for a 3* hotel and not very welcoming. The water of the bottle is only 5-10 pesos, common. Stock it up. Don't sent solo females out there at 11 pm to search for water.
Also I booked a private double bed and I got a single one in a big three bed room. I aimed to have a good night sleep after staying in the hostels prior to that. No way, this place was infested with mosquitos and I was chasing them at night and scratching. And in the morning I wake up with an allergic reaction and one eye completely close. Well lesson learned. Solo travel nightmare from the start to finish.

El cuarto estaba muy lindo, limpio y contaba con lo básico, nos gustó mucho, incluso nos hospedamos otro día más.
Quisimos usar el agua caliente de la regadera, pero no pudimos activar el calentador. Por el tipo de construcción, se escucha un poco de ruido.
La atención del personal y que las habitaciones estaban limpias y comodas
