Boy if I could get my money back I would. Rooms are trash, mold everywhere in the bathroom. People fighting in rooms all around us. No towels! Floor was dirty. Terrible place to stay

Service was excellent. The staff was super friendly! There were some kitty cats living around the outside of the building and they were so cute and sweet too. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure, and the air conditioner worked great. It was a perfect spot for what I needed (a quick stay for a family funeral). Check in/out was quick and easy. Again, the front desk staff were all very polite, courteous, efficient, and helpful. The price was right too. Loved the cats!

No water preassure, couldn't shower. 3 days in they said was fixed, NOPE. Most wall outlets didn't work either.
Can't rate this stay low enough.

We were told, “sorry we don’t have any clean towels” and then received 2 wash cloths each to dry off with. Stray cats everywhere and came in to our room, roaches everywhere.

When we checked in, the room we reserved was not available because the door was broken. We were given a different room, but things only got worse from there. Many of the guests appear to be long-term stays, and when we arrived, several had their doors wide open, music blasting, and people running in and out.

We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke. The blankets had burn holes, there were dead bugs all over the floor, and black mold could be seen throughout the room. The countertop was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, and the mini refrigerator was leaking onto the floor.

Sleep was nearly impossible. From midnight until around 4:30 a.m., it sounded like there was a party going on in the room above us — nonstop noise, loud banging, and what honestly sounded like people falling through the floor.

To top it off, stray cats were roaming all over the property.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience was unsanitary, unsafe, and extremely uncomfortable

Horrible stay away. Our room had bugs everywhere including the bed's. When I asked staff for a refund they were rude so I had to show them video of the bugs to get my money back. We didn’t sleep there obviously, I got a better hotel. The parking lot is full of stray cats. To be honest I have no clue how this place is allowed to be open. A zero out of 10.

Great value nice place

Upon checking in i was assigned a room that was already occupied by others then once given a new room i walked in as was greeted by bugs and a spoiled smell. I went to the front office and the ao called employee that was on duty said i would need to contact the manager in order to get a refund and check out. I reached out to her and she kept saying it was nothing that aue could do and i would have to wait until the next day to speak with her. I was not staying in that with my grand children but the manager was not helpful at all and was very useless i am still awaiting a refund from the hotel but she the manager has yet to contact me back in which she said she would

One of the worst places we have stayed at, and we have traveled across country the last 4 years. The room was horrible. The carpet in the room was sticky and dirty. There were cigarette burn holes in the blanket covers. There were two towels and two wash cloths. No hand towels and no bath mat. If someone would slip on the floor coming out of the shower, you could open yourselves up for a lawsuit. The grab bar in the shower was rusted. The hangers were rusted. The sink was cracked. The room was filthy. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt. The lady got up from her lounge chair, walked over to the desk, took our room key card, and told me her computer was “down”. I gave her my email address and asked her to email it to me. I’ll wait to see if I get it. Then she returned to her chair and watched her TV show.
The one and only redeeming factor about our stay was the young man who checked us in when we arrived. He was pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, the tv did not work. He came right up to our room, called someone for advice, and got the tv working. Perhaps he should like for a job at a better quality facility.

The room was clean except for the office chair it had a sticky substance that looked like jelly that had gotten on my white pants and the morning person at the desk was not at her position and was sitting down and looking at her personal phone very unprofessional

The bathroom was dirty, no towels, people had smoked in room and had burn marks even though it was posted as non smoking. The tv remote had no batteries and. We couldn’t even turn the tv on with the buttons. The tvv just didn’t work even after trying to unplug and replug.

The hotel front desk was amazing, as was housekeeping. I had arrived early due to needing to be at a work event that night. They helped check me in before 3 o'clock and we're incredible the whole time
