Pros:

Pool area was nice and the room set up.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. We went down between 7:30-8:00 am and one of the hot breakfast containers was empty with just hot water in it. Also in our room the tub didnt drain while showering.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

I loved the breakfast, even though it was light, it still filled my family up. I loved the bacon, sausage & waffles!! I liked that there was an elevator to haul luggage, my kids loved the pool & husband loved the hot tub & sauna, maybe can be hotter

all 3 nights we stayed there wasn’t any pool towels, I had to go to the front desk & ask for some

Our stay was ok other than the tub and the soap open in the tub. Made us wonder what else they skipped cleaning.
Pros:

The property was good and seemed clean.

Cons:

Our room was not completely clean. In the morning I went to take a shower. There was an open bar of soap on the ledge of the tub.

Amazing experience
Pros:

It was an extremely good place to stay. Wonderful staff. Clean rooms! I will definitely stay there again!

Great place but......
Pros:

Great location, all the amenities.

Cons:

Although the breakfast had lots of choices, they ran out of items. The attendant wasn't around to fill the missing items. It was truly the only bad thing about our stay.

Very disappointed, I was glad I only booked for 1 night

Close to the airport

Cons:

The pool was not useable, the air conditioner unit was extremely loud and the coffee machine was broken so there was no coffee available at breakfast. I went elsewhere for breakfast

This accommodation really surprised us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought staff member Clayton was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

Booked thru 3rd party and those rooms were not available. Accommodations were adequate. For a family of 4 adults in one room, there was only 1 coffee/filter and 4 towels for our 2 night stay. We requested additional towels and coffee.

cleanliness - the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom and with sticky stains on the bedside table. A staff member (cleaning staff?) was lying on the floor with his phone plugged in when we were leaving.
