Too many issues
Pros:

Not sure where to begin. I stayed at this hotel many years ago while visiting friends. I had business in town, and based on my previous experience, I decided to book there again. Big mistake. So many issues with the room. The tv wouldn’t turn on. There was mold on the baseboards in the bathroom. The drain in the tub was slow in draining. There were extension cords everywhere in the room that didn’t look up to code. The bathroom faucets were installed backwards…the cold faucet (blue) ran hot and vice versa. The carpet was very worn and not super clean. When I went to check out, the clerk asked if everything was okay. When I told her the issues, she apologized and offered me 5,000 bonus points. I only received 2,000. I had used points to book the room, and that is the only reason I ended up staying. Next time, I will go to one of the newer hotels in the area.

Pros:

The property was clean and we'll lit.

Cons:

not really the property owners fault, but there is not much to do around this hotel. Food choices are sparse and watch out for the convenient red lobster next-door. The ratings are horrendous, and one of our friends had a rough night to say the least.

Pros:

I loved the room and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee is always great and the staff was extremely helpful. The fitness center looked very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the dated TV or the hot breakfast items but I'm a coffee and bagel breakfast person with some fruit.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very good. The facilities and room were very clan and spacious.
Pros:

The staff and facilities were exceptional. The breakfast was very good.

They like to call cops on guests....
Pros:

Never thought that after paying $200 a night for a room that eating dinner in my car while on a 2.5 hour call with my child that just got out of surgery across the country would result in the hotel calling IMPD on me... WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! So embarrassing, maybe they should have asked me why I was in sitting in my car instead of embarrassing me by having me questioned by police.
