It was a step up from my tent in Iraq in 2003.
Pros:

The price was lower than most places. However, you get what you paid for.

Cons:

The place smells damp and musty. I did not see any mold but there are several places in the building that have water damage. The door to my room had almost a 2” inch gap between the door and the floor. The outside doors do not have security locks so anyone can wonder in. The bathtub had a faint ring around it. I was able to wipe it off with a little elbow grease. Floor in the hallway in one corridor had a soft spots.

Free breakfast. Early check in.

Cons:

Tub looked terrible. Tv didn't work at first, but was fixed later. Train outside our window, quite loud. Canceled two of our nights booked.
