Wasn’t able to stay
Pros:

Nothing the staff denied my service dog he’s an actual service dog for my diabetes but IHG took care of me so will not be recommending or ever stay at this location

Cons:

Staff members do not not know the laws refused me and my service dog after checking in

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good; many options. The location was perfect for what we had going on in the cities. The staff was fantastic - welcoming from the beginning and personable. We would stay here again just based on the friendly environment.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was being able to hear people in the hallway. If there was a way to quiet the hallway sound (people walking by, doors closing, etc.), that would be great. We had a sound machine that drowns out noise while we slept.

Wonderful stay at a nice hotel!
Pros:

Lovely room with a king bed and a chaise lounge. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast!! I was by myself and it was a great stay!

Our stay was very welcoming and we would stay here again . Over all experience was very good.
Pros:

Friendly employees and very nice continental breakfast. The sitting room for breakfast was spacious and clean . Employees kept the breakfast area clean. Coffee was great.
