For starters, the front end receptionist CHRISTINE (if that’s even her name) was disgustingly rude. She had me on hold 10min and then came back on with an attitude because “she was busy and was the only one upfront.” Staffing issues are not a reason to be rude to customers.
I was explaining to her that I checked in around 7pm on Jan 10 2026. I was going to a 70th birthday celebration at avenue that’s 5min away and didn’t even go to the room because I was running late. I wasn’t even at the Venue 30min and got a call from my sister that my Mom was in the hospital because she suffered a stroke. So I ran back to the hotel to check out. The gentleman at the reception was very sympathetic and mentioned the $142 room fee would be waived.
Here we are almost a month later and they charged my credit card for a room I didn’t even step into. But, Christine wasn’t trying to hear it. She went on about how he shouldn’t have said that because of policy and this and that in the nastiest of tones. I tried talking explaining how that was possible and she just kept intentionally talking over me. So, I asked her name and told her I will be calling management and posting a review and her response “GO RIGHT AHEAD!!” ….And HUNG UP ON ME.
My mom is still in recovery and the last thing I need is some nasty, rude, unsympathetic receptionist who needs to get a NEW JOB to add to my stress.
I will make sure that every client that sits in my Salon Chair knows how dingy and gross this location is and to never check into this DUMP!
The hotel had a water issue; something required the water being disrupted, turnoff, and bad water entered the hotel. We didn't get any notice not to use the water or when to use again. We only used our bottled water. Had to contact the desk as we didn't have any soap in the shower or tissues in the dispenser. The breakfast was generally disappointing.
It seemed out dated. The most disappointing thing about my stay was the tv not being a smart tv where you would’ve had the option to watch what you want across streaming services. I hated the tv guide it was very disappointing. Also the bathrooms are terribly small. Not much space to move freely let alone with two people. It was very uncomfortable to be in but it was clean
El desayuno
No avía agua fría las lámparas los focos quemados la TV no serviría
Not a damn thing tbh
Pool was closed even tho I booked this place for the pool. The night staff was rude asking if I was from America because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. Internet did NOT work. When I got there the first room he gave me was used (I have the recording) then my room got downsized. Pillows on bed was cheap and flimsy. I would never recommend this place
Poor quality and taste. Cereal was stale.
Quality and selection. Provide fresh fruit and yogurt
stayed here many times in my traveling years, always a good experience
front desk staff upon check in were indifferent and we had to request our Hilton rewards
Everything
Didn’t like anything -But the staff were nice.
And apologetic
Upon my arrival rooms were nasty 404 403 white substance on bathroom floor - tub on 2nd room nasty water running I had to keep lugging my luggage up ones MOVE. I don’t need to explain the owners have to know this place was over priced and UNSANITARY needs an upgrade and REMODELING.
Pt 2
Even lied to by housekeeping when I ask for towels (NEVER CAME BACK) the next morning.
Furniture/couch needs IMMEDIATE cleaning nasty.
Horrible. And wasn’t our first stay but worse one
Easy to locate near expressways.
Needs so many upgrades that I will list a few. Our first of 3 rooms we experienced had sheets with pubic and other hair in them. The second was small but the staff changed us to a larger room that was clean. The breakfast was sparse with old fruit.
Property was falling about and carpeting was dirty.
They only provided towels for 2 when we had 3. Requested some to be left in the morning. They didn’t leave any and in the evening when I returned they told me they didn’t have any towels when I asked for more. What hotel doesn’t have sufficient towels for guests?????
Close to some places to eat. Easy on off highway.
Beds and pillows were awful. Breakfast served chicken patties instead of a meat option. Highway noise was loud! Front desk was going to put us next to elevator, I asked for something different and we got placed in a smaller than normal corner room that we could barely find!
AWFUL- DON’T DO IT! This place needs a serious overhaul. It is literally falling apart outside. This hotel is a hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am also sending this information to corporate.
My wife and I stayed here tonight and were in disbelief at the poor overall physical condition. How can Hilton/Hampton allow this badly run-down hotel to use their name? We've been to many hotels over the years and my wife & I agree we've never stayed at a hotel in such disrepair. The outside grounds are terrible, crumbling cement and trip hazards everywhere. We couldn't believe how gross the side entrance is. Greeted by a large (dry) stain on the carpet entering our room. Had to call front desk to make sure they knew it wasn't from us. Shower tub in poor condition. We stayed at 2 different Home2 Suites previous nights and both were modern, clean & super overall, so how can this place be in the same corporation? Also Hilton chain is great for accepting pets overall but this place is no good for dogs with no walking area at all. Only plus was very nice and helpful young lady at front desk.
