Pros:

飯店在京成成田站東口，過個地下道到西口有公車直達aeon購物中心，而飯店旁也有Lawson，十分方便。Check in時服務人員親切，樂於解決問題。

Cons:

房間超級小的，要前開式的才能好好打開，否則像是我朋友帶28吋對開的就難拿東西……

All impressions are positive. One negative, for two person the bed should be separated from the wall

Convenient location. Convenient transfer from airport to Hotel. The bed with one side against the wall. Is inconvenient if there are two of you.

Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, if you need to go to the airport early in the morning. The hotel provides a great breakfast and a free airport shuttle bus. The Narita town is lovely, there are many shops and restaurants and there is a beautiful temple and gardens.

Cons:

The bed sheets were dirty. The size of the room is extremely small. The spa is only available for men, not for women! There was no massage service.

Wonderful! I enjoyed it. Would book again.
Pros:

I loved that there was an Airport Shuttle. It made the commute so much easier. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room looked very clean. The shutters on the windows helped in the morning when the light was strong.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been improved with dessert options.

Pros:

Easy to find, close to Keisei Narita station. Free shuttle to airport. Clean, and free toiletries from the front desk on check-in were nicely scented - there was also a choice of teas instead.

Cons:

Room was the most compact of any we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Japan and the entry doorway was very awkwardly situated. Breakfast at the next door restaurant could have been better.
