Great customer service but the property needs some uplifting in cleanliness.
Pros:

Great customer service and good breakfast!

Cons:

Not as clean as it should be…bath tub had mold, bathroom floor needs scrubbing due to black moisture settling in grout and very dusty and sheets on the bed and pillow cases had stains…also the laundry room was dirty and there was only two washer of which one of them was out of order

Clean and good breakfast

Cons:

Curtain was a vinyl blind… not very light in room… were painting overhead and had plastic draped over half of sidewalk and had to step over to get to your car… very awkward.

Management does not understand federal laws.
Pros:

The on-duty manager, attempted to have us sign a type of waiver for our service dog. That is not legal. We refused and had the same problem with another Baymont.

Bad Baymont
Pros:

Good air conditionig

Cons:

The refrigerator froze my Longhorn salad could not watch TV picture all distorted and fuzzy roaches were in the bathroom sink and by the toilet on the floor the entire room felt sticky like the sheets and carpets were not clean there were tenants on the parking lot at 2:00 a.m. in the morning playing loud music and rev their truck engine for about 2 hours and not one hotel rep warned them to stop
