It’s beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Feels like a luxury resort.
The location was awful for me. By the airport with the highway running along side of it. So even if you wanted to go for a walk around the property you have noise from the airplanes overhead and cars on the highway. I walked what I think was supposed to be their nature trail and it had all kinds of litter along it.
Very nice
No ATM
Parking fees
No breakfast
They were very kind to me. I got a free breakfast and drink because it was my birthday.
Friendly clean and comfortable
Room service could be better - the fact that’s Covid is over hotels tend to continue with the easy room delivery habits - disposable item such as utensils are terrible.
Room was close to the pool and to the bar and resturant.
Room cleaning was lax. Room not cleaned two separate days
Nice property. A lot of construction going on around the property. Did not expect that to be going on.
Was disappointed to see on going on around the property. Did not expect that to be going on. Also a medical conference was active on the floor we were place to stay. We were not part of the medical conference and this made the stay uncomfortable.
Location and 5-star customer service
NA
The hotel has a beautiful lobby, a very good restaurant, and an excellent breakfast that was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff in the restaurant area were attentive and the atmosphere there was pleasant.
However, the hotel itself feels outdated. The rooms look old and could really use renovation and modernization. The pools are quite small, and there are almost no outdoor amenities or relaxing areas for guests to enjoy.
Parking is also somewhat inconvenient. The hotel only has a limited number of parking spots on the second level of the parking tower. Because the ceiling clearance is low, SUVs and larger vehicles cannot access the third floor, which makes the second level extremely crowded and difficult to find parking at times.
It also seems that the hotel’s main focus is hosting events and conferences on the first floor. While that may be good for business, it often feels like regular hotel guests are forgotten in the process. The experience gives the impression that customer comfort is secondary to event operations.
Overall, it has some strong points, especially the lobby, food, and breakfast, but the hotel needs to pay more attention to guest experience, room quality, and guest convenience.
