A beautiful hotel resort with incredible views and a place I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

When we arrived we were placed in a room with 2 queen beds, when we specifically requested a king bed for this anniversary vacation. The front desk staff was wonderful with changing our room to exactly what we wanted with a Great View!

Cons:

When booking the room for my anniversary, I requested something for our room (Champagne, Flowers, Strawberries, etc) which I was more than happy to pay for, but unfortunately nothing was done.

Pros:

View is amazing, the King room can see the bay and the high speed way, some forest, and some part of the pool. Amazing beautiful, quite, and peaceful. Room and pool are very clean, staff are friendly, early check-in is easy. The hotel is safe, you will feel free to walk at night.

If you need to stay by the airport and you want an upscale experience with amenities like pools, health club with sauna
Pros:

It’s beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Feels like a luxury resort.

Cons:

The location was awful for me. By the airport with the highway running along side of it. So even if you wanted to go for a walk around the property you have noise from the airplanes overhead and cars on the highway. I walked what I think was supposed to be their nature trail and it had all kinds of litter along it.

Room service could be better - the fact that’s Covid is over hotels tend to continue with the easy room delivery habits - disposable item such as utensils are terrible.

Was disappointed to see on going on around the property. Did not expect that to be going on. Also a medical conference was active on the floor we were place to stay. We were not part of the medical conference and this made the stay uncomfortable.
