Home away from home in Greenwich
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, especially with the interior green space, which was extra welcoming during a 27” snow storm. Soile at the front desk always had a warm friendly smile for us!

Great hotel
Pros:

After getting stuck because of a snow storm we ended up getting a hotel that was 25 mins away from the airport. It took such a long time to get a ride but when we finally got there we were greeted by Eric at the front desk who was exceptional! he went above and beyond to help us as we had a bit of an inconvenience with our reservation. Very grateful for his help and patience as he sorted our situation out. The hotel itself was very clean and with a really nice atmosphere. The rooms are a good size and the bed is really comfortable. There is a restaurant, gym, indoor pool and even a movie theater. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if Eric is at the front desk!

The Hyatt in Greenwich CT. Has the best staff and service.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hyatt in Greenwich. From the moment I arrived, Brian and the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

Excellent Experience - you will not be disappointed !
Pros:

The Hyatt Regency Greenwich is overall the best hotel in the area, by far. It offers amazing customer service, beautifully appointed rooms, great restaurant, bar, gym, pool as well as many other benefits. It would be my strong suggestion to stay there anytime you are in the Greenwich area. You will not be disappointed. The Staff, including Soile and Tania, go out of their way to be helpful.

Will come back again!
Pros:

Great stay! I used my guest of honor award and felt the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Atrium vibe was awesome and so was the food. No complaints! Great place to stay with family.

Terrible manager and customer service
Pros:

The manager Kemar was very unprofessional and definitely changed my perception of the Hyatt brand. I have plenty of options and chose Hyatt over them but I will definitely explore other options now.

A great hidden gem hotel in the Hyatt portfolio
Pros:

We love this hotel! The hotel gives off swanky, luxury vibes and the atrium in the middle of the hotel is both unique and visually very beautiful. The rooms feel fresh and stylish. The hotel staff shines for their friendliness and professionalism. I'm already looking for reasons to stay here again.

Horific communication and response!
Cons:

I am handicapped with a service dog. I made a reservation 5 days before traevl through Booking and I got an email saying "my speacial request is not confirmed until you get a confirmation directly from the property". I did not receive any contact from the property as of the morning of my arrival. I called the # on my reservation and it took me to an unidentified voicemail. I was very concerned my request would not be accepted at check-in, so I made plans to stay with family. I contacted Booking and they said they could not reach thew hotel. I drove out of my way before a snow storm to the property to confirm the cancellation. A frint desk clerk said she apologized and would cancel the reservation. I checked my credit card and they charged me. I called the property today twice and they said a manager would check into it and call me back. I have not heard anything. This has been exhausting!

Perfect getaway during snowstorm and when I wished to be in area.
Pros:

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The quality of food, beverages, room comfort, including bed, bath, heat control, gorgeous Atrium, movie theater. restful serene lobby/Atrium, staff always ready to hep.

Stayed one night. I was visiting with family in the area. Due to the unforeseen fees I will not be staying there again.
Pros:

It has an atrium.It was beautiful and had a lot of plants.

Cons:

The unforeseen parking fee for guests it was $24 . The parking lot was icy and had not been treated.Making it hard to walk on without slipping.

Hyatt Business Stay
Pros:

The stay was good. WATCH OUT for using their irons, I used it to iron my business attire for the next day and it had black sticky things on it and ruined my shirt. The leadership was going to reimburse me but didn't follow through on the execution. Food and staff were great! The room was nice and the atrium was nice to hold business meetings.
