Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

No sound isolation. One can hear everything from the other rooms, including ventilation from bathrooms and every time someone uses the water! Impossible to sleep from early morning. Breakfast looks beautiful but it is full of sweets and cakes. there is almost no bread, there is no toaster. I ended up eating supermarket toasts.

Pros:

Colazione buonissima, servita in giardino con vista panoramica. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile alle richieste. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolino e ci hanno fatto trovare cuccetta e ciotole pronte all'arrivo. Consigliatissimo per chi viaggia con pet al seguito!

Cons:

La grandezza della Junior Suite dovrebbe essere un poco più grande, per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Lovely stay in charming town
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, the staff were kind and helpful, and our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the garden a lot. The free parking was also appreciated.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est digne de ses 5 étoiles. L'accueil est agréable avec un personnel toujours souriant et disponible.
La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et bien aménagées.
Le lit est particulièrement ferme mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, au contraire, nous avons très bien dormi.
La terrasse est un véritable havre de paix dont nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter en toute tranquillité au bord du jaccuzi qui est ouvert à la demande. Nous avons également passé un moment tres agréable au SPA privatisé pour 1h.
Quant au petit déjeuner proposé dans le jardin, c'est un pur bonheur.
Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité mais ça vaut la peine de marcher 5 minutes pour aller dans le village, vous trouverez également de quoi faire !

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir décharger les valises devant l'hôtel. Le parking est à 50m mais l'accès à l'hôtel se fait par une petite ruelle pentue, pas forcément évident.
Il y a plusieurs sources de lumière dans la chambre mais vous trouverez des masques dans la table de nuit si la lumière vous gène pour dormir.
Comparativement à l'ensemble des prestations de ce charmant palace, c'est vraiment un détail !

bella posizione vicino ingresso della città, San Gemini è un paese incantevole e molto tranquillo, il giardino esterno è un plus, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile

Cons:

purtroppo si udivano fino a tarda ora (anche dopo la mezzanotte) forti rumori e vociare dei clienti provenienti dalla taverna che si trova nella piazzetta proprio sotto la nostra finestra (junior suite). La finestra non era per nulla insonorizzata, vetri sottili e serramenti non isolanti... mi stupisce da parte di un albergo 5 stelle.

colazione un pò povera, non c'e' molta scelta per quanto riguarda la frutta.

Pros:

Bellissimo albergo, pulito, silenzioso e curatissimo. Personale molto disponibile. Colazione a scelta (si compila il menu il giorno prima) abbondante e molto ben assortita, location fantastica per i turisti. Per la cena consigliano loro dei ristoranti e li prenotano anche!

Cons:

Unica pecca, per chi va per lavoro il parcheggio dell'albergo si trova in posizione dislocata, un po' più sotto.
