The location was fine
Our room was very dirty. I was in the room for about 30 minutes walking around in my socks, and the bottom of my socks turned black. It was very dirty. There was no parking. It was very sketchy absolutely not family friendly. I will NOT stay there again.
very clean, friendly and accommodating staff, most comfortable bed and pillows ever slept in, spacious room, having a full sized kitchen for meal prep for family member, daily breakfast, convenient location

Not very many windows. Little to no natural light. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher.
The setting was nice and plenty of room.
Housekeeping was not good. We asked for a linen change on the second day of our stay but instead was handed the sheets to change on our own. When asked if one the Housekeepers could do it, the receptionist said they were busy. I saw several people who could have done it but it never happened.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, the fact there is a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The staff leaves you alone and lets you come to them if you need anything which makes it more like a home away from home and not a hotel.
A few minor things...the ice maker doesnt work and the shower drains slow so the water tends to gather up to your ankles. There was only 1 fork and 1 spoon. But we are staying until we find a permanent home so we brought alot of things with us, such as silverware, dishes, pans etc. Anything that has been any inconvenience is so minor I wouldnt even mention it to the property manager 🤷♀️

Description said there was a pull out bed, there wasn’t and tub is slippery but there was a handle to hold on to. Overall stay was great though. I would book again

Cobwebs and large insects in walkways that had not been cleaned. Walkways were not well-lit which required multiple check-ins on female guests.
