Layout of room was okay
The first room had roaches. I had to move all my things to a second room.
The variety and quality of the food was excellent and the staff was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The interior of our room was cozy.
We had to move the couch in order to use the pull out bed. The dishes were clean but they were all left in the dishwasher and not put in the drawers and one of the drawers was falling apart.
The breakfast was great and the location was close to grocery store and restaurant and coffee shop and gas station.
The price for laundry was expensive but I know that they don't have control over that but they could find a company that don't charge fees on top of the high rate for laundry.
I liked that the room size was perfect for my family. The loft upstairs made it convenient to get a little privacy from the downstairs area. The 3 beds in the room made it more comfortable for everyone to have a space without spending more money on another room. Breakfast was very good and fresh! Very safe area. This is my second stay in the past 2 months.
I didn't like that the stairs going up to the loft were not vacuumed, the loft area was also not vacuumed either. We didn't have soap in the upstairs bathroom. It felt like the upstairs didn't get the same treatment of cleanliness as the downstairs area. Some maintenance issues, crayon on the wall that was there from the previous people.
The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was near several restaurants.
Our second night there at around 12:30 AM, that was a party with a bunch of teenagers running all over making a bunch of noise.At around 1:30. We called the front desk and told them that it was way too loud for us to even fall asleep and it sounded like they were shooting orby's guns at the doors.\n The gentleman at the front desk informed us that several people had called already and then he assured us that he was going to call the police and have the people removed. The police did come no one was removed and while not as loud , the noise continued. I think at around 2 or 3, everyone finally fell asleep, but then bright, and early at 7 AM, they were right back at it with the noise. And other people who were saying at the hotel called the police again. A checkout I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, Omar and told him about our experience, he told us that it happens. What can you do? And today is a new day. Well, it would have been considered a new day if they hadn't started at 7 AM, and I didn't appreciate how dismissive he was. I Hope this is not a regular occurrence at the sonesta brand because I have never experienced it with them before or any other hotel motel or otherwise.

It hasn’t been updated in years and is showing its wear. Good value though
I liked all the space, from the bathroom to the living space with a table and couch.
Floor needed to be cleaned. I walked around in my bare feet and felt something on the bottom of my foot, wiped it off with my white sock and the dirt that went on to my sock was gross. Breakfast was Ok. I cook with turkey bacon and all they did was heat it up, very flimsy and not cooked at all.
They could use brighter light in the bathroom. Putting on makeup was a little bit of a challenge and the tub was slippery, both my husband and I slipped in the tub, was thankful for the handrail.
We saw stains on the bed and decided to leave
