Para empezar no tenían mi reserva, no contestaron a ninguno de los mensajes que les enviaba, pagué un precio por una habitación con ventana y me iban a dar una sin, no me informaron de las horas del desayuno a pesar de que les pregunté por mensaje, por ello me perdí el desayuno.
