I get there to check on they say my room wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half I’m like okay that fine even tho I just drive 15 hours , get back after and hour and a half then they say it won’t be ready for another hour and then after that hour still wasn’t ready ! ; every time i would try to get in my room my key card wouldn’t work ! Even when we was asleep at night the next morning we would wake up and it wouldn’t work ! Had to wait 20 mins on the boss to come back to fix my key card why I had my kids in the heat waiting because they was never up there to fix my card ! Was rude every time I asked ! And I’ll never be back to stay there and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to ether !

La chica ( Sia) que nos atendió fue muy muy amable. La habitación estaba cómoda y funcional para lo básico.

Todo estaba bien , la habitacion estaba limpia y acogedora, el personal nos atendió muy bien

Cons:

La piscina estaba un poco sucia y dicen que ofertan desayuno gratis pero solo tienen un pequeño local con algunas galletas 🍪 , por lo demás no tenemos ninguna queja

Ok for a one night stay nothing more

Cons:

The rug was dirty and it smelled like urine. The bathroom looked like it had been wiped not cleaned. Only two towels and we were a part of 3. The breakfast was like a school breakfast. Just granola bars abs the pre packaged small coffee cakes. No bread and the coffee was weak.

It was filthy. The pictures don't match the facility, the amenities don't match the facility. Did I mention it was filthy and a very shady spot to be. I really wish I could have got my money back and gone to a different hotel
