The owner walked in my room at 1015 opened my curtains I was still naked in bed telling me I need to get out it was check out time and to get up.

Cons:

It was such last minute so I got what I paid for! It smelled so bad and the feeling I had walking in was so bad and uneasy! Two rooms next to me were locked up so I end up looking at the reviews. I tried convincing myself one night here wouldn’t be so bad. I was in the middle of my nap and felt something near me I woke up and instantly checked out ! I lasted literally two hrs there , didn’t plan to even explain to the front desk I just up and left !

Great price like the old school Fresno Clovis vibe with the real wood and feel li
Pros:

The rooms are very big as that beautiful real wood it's very very quiet and peaceful nobody bugged you and is very homey feeling about it and it's tremendously good price so I personally love it and it feels like a little apartment just get away and relax cuz I'm dealing with trying to find housing and trauma and I go there for peace so it's a big deal

Cons:

There's some ants in the bathroom and there's some cockroaches I know but that's kind of like everywhere you go so instead of keep your stuff up and clean it's haven't bothered me really

Nothing, I was disgusted. It was extremely dirty and bugs were everywhere. The elevator was broken so I had climb two flights of stairs with bags. There was no screen on the window

The place shouldn't not be habitable with the infestation of bed bugs and roaches the window screens all ripped and the fact that the place and every room i been in is never thoroughly cleaned I dont see how they are opperitable ...to top ot off their policies are inconsistent they charged a late fee for 5 dollars an hr for another days extension that was paid before checkout time witch they say is ten o'clock now no smoke detectors work the list goes on and on ........oh not to mention the environment in and around the hotel be safe if u do go their
