Cons:

It was such last minute so I got what I paid for! It smelled so bad and the feeling I had walking in was so bad and uneasy! Two rooms next to me were locked up so I end up looking at the reviews. I tried convincing myself one night here wouldn’t be so bad. I was in the middle of my nap and felt something near me I woke up and instantly checked out ! I lasted literally two hrs there , didn’t plan to even explain to the front desk I just up and left !

Great price like the old school Fresno Clovis vibe with the real wood and feel li
Pros:

The rooms are very big as that beautiful real wood it's very very quiet and peaceful nobody bugged you and is very homey feeling about it and it's tremendously good price so I personally love it and it feels like a little apartment just get away and relax cuz I'm dealing with trying to find housing and trauma and I go there for peace so it's a big deal

Cons:

There's some ants in the bathroom and there's some cockroaches I know but that's kind of like everywhere you go so instead of keep your stuff up and clean it's haven't bothered me really

Pros:

Nothing, I was disgusted. It was extremely dirty and bugs were everywhere. The elevator was broken so I had climb two flights of stairs with bags. There was no screen on the window

The place shouldn't not be habitable with the infestation of bed bugs and roaches the window screens all ripped and the fact that the place and every room i been in is never thoroughly cleaned I dont see how they are opperitable ...to top ot off their policies are inconsistent they charged a late fee for 5 dollars an hr for another days extension that was paid before checkout time witch they say is ten o'clock now no smoke detectors work the list goes on and on ........oh not to mention the environment in and around the hotel be safe if u do go their

Absolutamente NADA. El hotel esta al lado de un 7eleven y ahi estaban unos homeless en el parquiadero. Despues habia uno que estaba caminando por la banqueta del hotel y se metio al edificio principal. El edificio donde me iva a quedar segun se necesitaba la llave para entrar pero no tenia seguro. Al abrir la puerta era un olor horrendo! No habia elevador y al subir por las escaleras estaba apunto de vomitar. Tiene un olor asqueroso el lugar. Huele a orines y humedo porque no habia ventilacion. El lugar estaba lleno de telarañas. En el cuarto las camas estaban bien duras y encontramos cucarachas!

Deberian de tener algun tipo de seguridad en el hotel. Asegurarze que las puertas sirvan como deberian para el bien y seguridad de los que nos quedamos ya que la puerta no servia. Al abrir la puerta era un olor horrendo! No habia elevador y al subir por las escaleras estaba apunto de vomitar. Tiene un olor asqueroso el lugar. Huele a orines y humedo porque no habia ventilacion. El lugar estaba lleno de telarañas. En el cuarto las camas estaban bien duras y encontramos cucarachas! Tienen que quitar toda esa carpeta ASQUEROSA y buscar personal para limpiar. Las camas tienen que ser cambiadas el baño y en general TODOOOO!!!

Cons:

1) when you arrive, they have a sign saying that the amenities you saw on line, such as breakfast, workout facilities and a pool are not available. they do have a pool, but looks like they never put any water in it.

2) the security door lock did not work well, i could not get in until someone else came out. they gave me a hint for how to open it, and i tried for several minutes testing and couldn;t make it work. I was so worried about not being able to get back in my room/the building, i never left until check out. I had planned on a run and breakfast but skipped the run and delayed breakfast.

3) things were pretty clean, but lots of areas were a bit sticky... about 50% of the floor felt sticky and both of the lamp switches i tried left a thick goo on my fingers that i needed to wash off... and only one of the lamps worked.

i would like someone to contact us about a refund! my guys checked out the next morning didn't even stay at the Roach infested motel. I cant believe BOOKING would even allow them to be a vendor of yours, I had to rent an airbnb instead! horrible
