Very cheap and good location, but not for families especially with young children.
Pros:

It was cheap, but not enough for us to stay there. We chose to leave despite losing money. It looks nice from the pictures and has a good location.

Cons:

It was unsafe and unwelcoming to families especially with young children. Lots of observed drug use on the property. AC unit did not get lower than 80. Because of this, other guests had their doors and windows open. The room was in need of repairs and had stuff leaking from the roof.

Very cheap price for an old place with just the basics.
Pros:

Rate is very good for the old Picadilly University. My friend worked there in college, so I knew the place from a long time ago. It was a more expensive room back then.

Cons:

The breakfast is no longer available. The security doors are broken that required room cards to open doors to stairs and rooms. The ice machines are not well maintained and the pool area is a little run down. This was a nicer experience before the 2007 recession.
