The only thing decent about the stay was that my room wasn’t clean or ready for me when i arrived so they waved the depo

It was in a pretty rough area .and when I got to the floor I was staying on it was a very strong smell of weed .

Walls have stains, chair had huge stains, drywall repair was cracking, tile to wood floor transition piece was broken, gnats flying around, beetles, dirty fridge, hair on the shower walls and towels had pink & rust color stains on them

寝ることが出来たこと

部屋のカーペットが足臭い。ホテルの廊下もエレベーター内も尿の臭いがしてキツイ。部屋にゴキブリの赤ちゃんがいました。部屋のドアは脆いのかドアノブでない方の鍵の金具がひび割れていました。押し入られてしまうのかと不安でして。自前でドアロックできるツールを持ってきていたのでよかったですが、これがなかったらよく寝れなかっただろうとおもいます。

値段とスタッフの対応はよかった。でもただそれだけ。

何かの中毒者と思われる人がホテル入り口や駐車場にいて、どうみても安全ではない様子でした。客層もとても悪い。バスタブ付きと表示してるけど実際には"バスタブ"はあるけど栓がなく"湯船に浸かる"ことはできなかった。２つの部屋を借りたけどどちらも栓はなかった。部屋は古いから汚く見えるというよりは、本当に清掃があまりされてない感じでした。テレビのリモコンにはNetflixのボタンはあるけどボタンを押してもNetflixは表示されなくて見れなかった。洗濯は出来るけど乾燥機が壊れたまま放置されていた。
安くて寝れれば良いという人なら泊まれば良いと思うけど、女性1人はお勧めしません。もし泊まるならドアロックできるツール使用をお勧めします。

Pros:

Staff members wore no gloves after Alex left for the day and you should have hand sanitizer and all staff use gloves and the roach in my room didn’t help and rust on doors and tubs peeling and was rented a room with no heater working then matters turned worse the gas water heater exploded so we evacuated to save our lives and we ran out so fast we left our pizzas we just bought in the fridge and my husband slipped and fell in the snow as we walked out quickly to our vehicle and injured his back

Cons:

Upgrade and remodel and practice sanitary rules with all staff!! Alex was great and manager Patel very friendly but the hotel itself needs remodeling big time

Horrible - Understatement of the Century
Pros:

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! This place is horrible! The manager/owner Mr. Patel is very rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable. We moved rooms 4 times. The first room the bedding had cigarette burns and rips that looked like a knife or box cutter was used to destroy it. The second room, the tub was horrible! It was peeling and moldy. The third room, the heater/ac had a short in it. All of this was in one night!
The breakfast consisted of burnt potatoes burnt hotdogs wrapped in old buns, doughnut holes, and cereal! If it weren't for this winter storm, we would not still be here! Soon as it's clear we're leaving! Do not waste your money or energy here.

Pros:

My stay was very enjoyable. Got to see a museum and had a great time. Dined at an excellent restaurant. All in all a great weekend
