Ok will stay nearer the centre next time, if travelling by coach

The staff dry nice.

Cons:

Being the “IBIS” We thought we were booking a Hotel. Nowhere on the booking did it say the rooms were motel style with access outside. No lift, and was not offered help to get the suitcase upstairs. Just given a key and told go outside and turn left.
A long way to walk into Albany. Info did say 3 km from Centre but Didn’t mention a busy road quite dangerous.

Outdated, zero attention to detail and lacks personality. It’s extremely basic and too far away to walk into town. We were given an upgrade from a standard to a deluxe which we were excited about until we entered the deluxe and it was not very clean or nice so I dread to think what the standard would have been like.

Comfortable for short stay
Pros:

The staff member on reception, Abdul, was welcoming. The room we were given had a double and two single beds, with the double being hard up against the wall. This wasn't what we booked and when questioned we were told we'd been upgraded, although it didn't feel like it. Abdul kindly moved us to an upstairs room that only had a queen bed in it. There was a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was convenient.

Cons:

The pillows didn't have any protectors on them and were stained to the point where they were brown. I slept with no pillow. The walls were thin and we could hear the person next door. Car parks outside the rooms were really small for larger vehicles.
