Room wasn’t clean on arrival floor had sand and dirt all over it when I asked the next morning could they clean it i was told they would however when we returned that evening it wasn’t done very disappointing

Overall a decent stay
Pros:

Overall it was comfortable accommodation. We could park close to our room.

Cons:

There was something that looked like a flying roach in the room, flying around, wasn't stoked about that. Not really sure what it was. Also noticed that some of the linen had stains in them, looked like they were mostly just old linen.

Mattress wasn't the best
Offered breakfast included but it wasn't breakfast, just a snack. And wasn't available on all mornings of stay

Cons:

I am really not sure when the room was last cleaned properly. There was a thick layer of dust on every surface, which I don't think is acceptable for a hotel of Ibis's standard. Because of this, the stay fell well below my expectations in terms of value for money.

We went to Albany for a very special occasion, we paid $400 for a below standard old and tired room if that is what you could call it, it was really awful and the bathroom was disgusting and very tiny with No hot water We have had better bathrooms at caravan parks, then they wanted to charge us $24 a head for breakfast. We were extremely disappointed to say the least and I will post this more, if this is the quality of the places you are charging so much for, I doubt we will recommend you to anyone

Worst Stay ever
Pros:

Just the location only & nothing else

Cons:

There was hair on the beds,had to make them put new sheets when we checked in.Permanent marks inside the toilet chamber,definately needs replacement.poor suction fans in the toilet,bathroom is always moist and purgent smell.Most cleaning staff moody & dont even greet you.Definately wont stay there again.
