Strongly work on your comfortability relating to beds and pillows.

To be totally honest with you and give you some quality feedback that you could work on.
I would strongly recommend that you invest in some bed toppers, as the beds are extremely uncomfortable to the point that I had a sore back every morning and my husband had a sore shoulder.

The other thing I recommend that you would buy is some good pillows. Unfortunately, the pillows are like paper. They are too thin and have no substance. after all that is the purpose of people staying at your accommodation is to sleep and when that can’t happen that causes you bad reviews.

We ate both nights in the restaurant and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the meals were lovely. Just need to work on the accommodation site.

Unfortunately, that would prevent me from staying there again because of the comfortability.

I would recommend it to your clients
Pros:

The location was good, close to the Town of Albany, it had a tavern annexed to it which saved you going out looking for restaurants, the reception was helpful but had no tourist information on the town or surrounds

Cons:

There was no allotted car space,it was first in first served. Also the unit was not serviced daily

It was ok, but I expected more from ibis.
Cons:

The kitchen is closed on Mondays therefore no breakfast was served even though breakfast was included with my booking. I received a breakfast take away bag instead, which was disappointing. Lots of traffic noise.
