Pros:

Clean and it seemed that the room has been recently refurbished. Reasonable distance from the city. Could do with a decent BBQ facility.

Cons:

The parking arrangement where vehicles were parked across the entrance to the ground floor rooms making it a little difficult to navigate through to get to the rooms with luggage.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Albany the rooms as very spacious for the money value. the room has a proper chicken equipment like mini fridge and microwave shared bbq area outside the room and toilets are clean and got everything you need like hair dryer and toiletries and stuff is very helpful as well.

Easy to get too & close to everything. Room was good.

Cons:

I liked everything but if I could provide feedback, having a fly screen on the doors would be great so that you can still have some natural air flow through the room. :)

It was one of the worst places we’ve stayed, we even checked out a day early and went home as we didn’t want to stay any

Not very much at all. We needed accommodation in Albany and this was in Albany, so I guess that’s the only box it ticked

Cons:

From the very first point of contact on arrival we were met with a very unfriendly receptionist, we then located our room which smelt terrible.
We had to leave the entry door wide open to sit the room out whilst there, and would only close it while changing or at night.
The bathroom was mouldy, exhaust fan didn’t work, air con didn’t work.

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

No hot water for shower, no hot water in the evening. Complained to reception and was told it would be hot in about 30 minutes. Nothing improved and was still the same the following morning.
