Overall good, staff were great just the background noise woke me up earlier than I would have liked.
Pros:

Room was a good size, bathroom a bit basic but perfect for one night. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

During the early hours I could hear a pump/machinery of some sort turning on and then off. I am not sure if this was neighbouring apartments getting up and showering.

Cons:

The breakfast service wasn’t that great no proper table service I watched customers being handed breakfast wraps with no plates no proper service. That woman that runs is slack. There was no proper milk or proper teas put out for people that drink tea. I could’ve did a better job. Our pancakes were served horrible we didn’t eat breakfast for two mornings we stayed there because of the service & quality of food served. Yuk.

Svårt att hitta något jag tyckte om.

Cons:

Boendet skulle inkluderas med frukost. När vi kom för att äta frukost får vi besked att personal som skulle tjänstgöra i restaurangen hade ledigt beroende på deras Nationaldagsfirande.
Nästa dag så får vi frukost, men då blir vi upplysta av restaurangpersonalen att vi skulle kunna ha fått ett frukost-paket dagen innan. Dåligt av hotellpersonalen att inte veta bättre.
När vi checkade ut, så blev vi lovade ersättning för den uteblivna frukosten. Den skulle vara 22 AUD per person. Vi var 2 personer. Någon ersättning har vi ännu inte fått, så här 1 månad senare. Jättedåligt!!!

Pros:

I really liked the location, and I appreciated that the towels were changed every day.

Cons:

I was not satisfied with the room location. It was on the first floor, and we had to use the stairs every time to go up and down. We requested to have a ground-floor room because my wife is pregnant, but unfortunately our request was not accommodated.

Allowed my cat.

Cons:

Cleaner room. Was very dusty. Triggered my husband's asthma, we had to go to the emergency room.
Overnight, wake up to visible layer of dust settled on table tops, our mobile phones etc.

Value for money
Pros:

Value for money and bonus that a cooked breakfast was included. Rooms were also neat and tidy. Great location for travelling around Albany to see the sites.

Cons:

Beds were not that comformtable, but ok for a 2 night stay. Glad we brought our own pillows.
