A clean room in walking distance of shops, restaurants & theatre. Friendly helpful staff.

Location was right near all shops & facilities. Room was clean & spacious.

Cons:

Grouting in bathroom and panelling could do with a tidy up.

Stay ok but room stuffy and hot
Pros:

The staff very friendly the hotel clean with a good breakfast

Cons:

Very hot , no air conditioning windows open only 2-3 inches so very stuffy, there was a small fan, but much bigger floor fan or cold air tower required

Close to railway station easy walking distance.
Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast nice with good choice of continental and full English. Friendly welcoming staff in restaurant.
Rooms comfortable and clean, Beds really comfortable tea and coffee making facilities. Large ceiling fan which we used as room was quite warm also iron ironing board plenty of wardrobe.space.
Good price breakfast not included in price but reasonable cost added extra.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Spacious bedroom, friendly reception staff, great food at the bar and lovely bar staff.

Cons:

Paying extra for breakfast. Poor breakfast selection, tasteless and poorly cooked hot breakfast options.
On arrival no space to park car at front door hotel entrance just to go in for check in.
Car park available is next door at Sainsbury's, at extra cost, an outdoor public car parking.
Underground car park has very limited spaces and gate open.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The Check In was smooth with no fuss and went quickly. The room was clean and bright and comfortable. The location of the hotel is conveniently near to the main focus of the City. I found all the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, obliging and helpful. The decor of the hotel is pleasing to the eye. All the facilities are presented well.
