Great location.
Pros:

Very good position for the station, The Box and within walking distance of the Hoe and Barbican. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room and very comfortable beds.Constant hot water available.

Cons:

The shower was fixed at an angle that made it awkward to shower comfortably.

Pros:

Great location, not just for the city but further sightseeing. And you're right in the middle of all the goings on, learning, visiting, eating, drinking and as much exercise as you can manage. Enjoy.

I think our room was near a laundry room?, possibly, there was an audible rumbling like a washing machine or ironing table?

Our stay was just as we had hoped apart from not having a step in shower.
Pros:

Location was perfect - close to the station and facilities in Plymouth. Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

We hate having to climb into a bath to have a shower, but for one night it was OK.
