Comfy bed, spacious room, clean

The breakfast
No air conditioning, did not sleep at all as no ventilation, had to ask for another fan which took hours to arrive. Staff seem to have problems with other staff and made me feel awkward when asking for something that they had to ask bar staff for. Not very professional. Very dated room shower was useless.

The hotel was able to arrange interconnecting rooms despite us booking at short notice. The staff were friendly and efficient and the service was quick.

it was a very hot time and the windows only opened a tiny bit. to be fair there was a fan in the room and the temp was very hot.
The location on the hotel was good and we managed to get a parking space underneath
There was no air con, the bed was very small literally small double.
The fridge did not work properly and the door actually fell off when we opened it
A convenient hotel for train travellers. All staff very professional and welcoming.
Buffet breakfast had a good range of choices and hot food was fresh and well cooked.
Bathrooms are rather tired but clean and functional.

A good central location. Reception area was nice and staff were lovely.
No air conditioning in room. Room was tired and carpets old and a bit grubby. At breakfast the coffee machine broke and their wasn't enough healthy choices.
Reception supposedly undercharged me 30p then asked for it 2 days later.
The location , but only becauseit was close by to where we needed to be for our stay. Bed was ok . Staff pleasant.
No air con! Ceiling fan that does absolutely nothing and one small desk fan that you couldn't hardly move .
Partner went to use toilets on ground floor, need to use room card to access ( fair enough) but no lights , should be that lights activate once you gain access.
Trying to find hotels underground parking is a bit of a mission!
