Tranquilité,discretion et situation geographique ,hotel placé pres du centre ville.

Cons:

Parking payant pour garer le vehicule... L'hotel possede 3 ou 4 places gratuites devant l'entrée qui sont très souvent occupées Détour a faire pour le parking payant....Le parking devrait être gratuit, inclus dans le prix des chambres pour tout le monde...

Clean, comfortable and convenient - a trusted old favourite
Pros:

I always stay here when I need to have an overnight stay in Plymouth. I find it consistently clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing - all good.

The staff are friendly very helpful and polite

Cons:

We asked for a room change this visit due to a strong smell of paint in the room. We were given a new room promptly which was fine, but we have had better quality rooms previously which is one of the reasons we go back.

The hotel is centrally located, with pleasant staff, clean rooms, and an environmentally conscious way of approaching its hospitality services.

Cons:

It is a minor comment, but while enjoying our food in the restaurant the started was brought at the same time as the main course. Furthermore, towards the end of the meal it took quite a while for the staff to attend the table.
