Cons:

Despite a major Eurostar disruption to travel which meant ALL Eurostar trains into France were cancelled, the hotel refused to return the charge for our first night's stay. The staff were very unhelpful both over the phone as well as in email written communication which we didnt appreciate at all. The charge was £317 for one night.
