There were some inconsistencies in what the website said and reality. The website said there was computer availability for guest use, reception said there was none. The website says the airport taxi ride from hotel was 18€ per person for 2 people but I was quoted 65€ from reception. Housekeeping did not provide replacement toilet paper when we were out during daily cleaning and short sheeted our bed. In spite of these inconsistencies the location was near metro, Montmartre and so many activities. There were always croissants in the lounge and there was someone at reception 24/7.

This has been the worst and dirties hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Please save your money and look at other options.

The area was very convenient for taking the metro and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. However, most of the amenities were unusable. The safe had no lock, the hair dryer didn’t turn on and the outlet for the mini fridge was hanging out of the wall. The room was mostly clean but there was quite a lot of mold in the shower. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and most spoke English.

What you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Staff is excellent. My room was missing a safe even though it was mentioned it had one. A bit of mold in the very small claustrophobic shower like most older buildings have. AC didn’t go lower than 19C which for me was inconvenient.

The manager at the front desk was more than accommodating and helpful!

The sink didn't drain properly at 1at tols thw guy qt the desk. Had it fixed. Only thing that the air wasnt as cold as i would like. And floor was warped from water damage. Besides that great stay would stay again. Staff was great and helpful.

Great location. Compact but clean and everything we needed for a few nights in Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing didn’t like it was the restroom very very smalls and when I booked said , it was 10.15 minutes walk distance to effe tower and it was 1 hour 15 minutes walk. ;-(, but the rest was good.

My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed without being too cramped, as a single room. I really appreciated the mini fridge and the air-con, given the heat wave during my stay. The room was really well cleaned every day and the free toiletries provided, including shower gel/shampoo, body lotion, shower cap, mini sewing kit, were replenished and useful (I wish I had known in advance about them as I could have brought less with me. I could hear a little noise from other guests in the evening returning to their rooms, but it was minimal and wasn't late so not a problem. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and a great selection given the hotel is small. However, I loved the amazing, fresh, still-warm baguette so much that I ate it with butter and jam every morning! I also loved the fresh croissants and both were great quality. Loved them so much I didn't even try any of the other great selection of cheese, pancakes, cereals, hot foods etc which also looked really tasty. The breakfast was perfect for me with decent coffee and OJ, absolutely looked forward to it each morning. The staff were all lovely, happy to help when needed and as a woman travelling alone I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay here. For a mid range hotel I thought it was as good as you could possibly expect - I was sad to have to leave to come home, and wouldn't hesitate to return here again, hopefully sometime soon. Thank you to the stay, I had a great stay.

Such a gentle and friendly hotel. We had a genuinely warm welcome from the gentleman on reception and he was really
accommodating when one of my two teenagers needed a slight change in process.
It’s in a great area away from the hussle and bustle but really easy to get to central Paris with Metro stops close by. There’s an amazing vegan coffee shop (Cloud Cakes) just down the road - with a dairy allergy in the family, that was an unexpected bonus! We enjoyed the amble over to Sacré-Cœur and just found the whole area really pleasant and relaxed :)

The check-in and check-out process were very good. If you arrive before the check-in time, there is a lock room where you could leave your luggage and walk around. The neighborhood around the hotel was excellent and you could feel safe. But, the visitors should know that the location of the hotel is far away from the main tourists places like: Efiel Tower, Lourve museum, Notradame church, and many others in that área. On the other hand, the hotel is close to the Sacred Heart church (Montmartre área) and Moulin Rouge Theater. The size of the room for 3 persons is good and the size of the shower is appropiate. However, there is not much space for the 3 guest to accommodate their belongings. The toilet is very close to the wall, so after you sit on it, your knees may touch the wall. There is a small refrigerator for some Coke cans or water bottles. Some problems with the room: 1) the shower was not clean and you could see a lot of mold in the walls (other than this, the room was clean), 2) the A/C was set to a temperature and you could not lower it more even when is hot outside, 3) the remote for the TV was not available and when I ask in the front desk about it they gave me an Universal control that did not work. Then the staff in the front desk told me that he could not do anything else, so we ended with a TV with no remote control. Finally, at least in our room, only one hook was available for a towel to be close to the shower.

Room was in a really bad shape- black mold in the shower which was very small that I pumped in the door getting in and out! I asked for the room not to be entered and they noted this down but the ignored this instruction! There is no don’t disturb sign and I left the key in the door so the red light stays on ( I was told none will enter the room if the light is on) but it didn’t mater!

Great location, easy to find the metro/bus. Plenty of areas to eat. Rooms are small but only needed to sleep

Air conditioner was broke in our room. Concierge told us they would find someone to fix it but the problem persisted. It was 25 degrees + in our room each day and when I went to ask again on their response was to “open a window”, when we are on a loud busy street. They could not move us to another room or even provide a fan. This property is advertised as “includes air conditioning”. Disappointed and wouldn’t return, although the neighbourhood was cool.

The staff is amazing I love the area, too me it feels like the Paris thst i have read about in a novel. . Love all.of rhe cafes ..The rooms are small it was three of us sharing the room. But i would stay hete again. Transportation is great walking distance to Metro. It took us a few dsys to get use to it but it great to used during the day.. Subway are very clean.

The A/C doesn’t work and there is not enough amenities. The room and the passageway is way too small.
