Staff: Dalton was inattentive at check-in. At check-out, the woman working your front desk was loudly informing female guests of their room numbers with other guests in earshot; an unsafe practice.

Pros:

The room is new and modern, with a pretty large TV. There's sensor lighting in the bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt, and check-in was quick and smooth. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet. We slept very well. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The waffles were pre-made, really time saving.

Cons:

One tiny minor drawback is that outside peak hours, the airport shuttle may require calling ahead, which takes a bit of extra coordination.

Pros:

Close to the airport, Scottsdale and downtown Tempe

Cons:

They need a setting to allow the fan to stay on constantly. The cycling required that I use ear plugs to stay asleep.
