Insgesamt hat es uns in Marburg und ihrem Hotel sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

An der Rezeption war das Personal nicht immer freundlich und wirkte sehr gestresst und überfordert, man hatte daß Gefühl mit seinem Anliegen zu stören.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Marburg
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels gegenüber des Lifts in die Oberstadt war ideal, das Zimmer war gut möbliert und das Bad modern und großzügig.

Cons:

Meine Freundin hatte eine Absprache im Servicebereich zwecks meines Geburtstages getroffen und dies wurde nicht eingehalten. Erst am Morgen im Restaurant nach nochmaliger Bitte, wurde das Problem gelöst.

Lage und Frühstück sehr gut....

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück! Sehr gute Lage für einen Besuch der Altstadt

Cons:

Das Hotel könnte mal eine Grundreinigung gut vertragen. Toilette mit Ablagerungen, Dusche mit Schimmel. Ausstattung für den Preis lieblos mit sehr charmelosen Ambiente!
