Pros:

Good food and entertainment options in the building. Comfortable bedding. Good blackout blinds.

Cons:

Surprisingly noisy in the room. Despite the concrete walls, there was a lot of street noise and hallway noise that could be heard. For such a high-end hotel, surprised that they didn’t have robes in the room. Also they charge for EVERYTHING. never seen a hotel charge you to empty the mini bar fridge. Weird that you have to walk through a nice restaurant to get to the pool. There was also some very obvious chipping and wear and tear in the bathtub and the handle fell off in my hand when I turned on the shower.

Love it 😀
Pros:

Great, central location with the metro across the street. Cool design and comfy rooms. Very clean. Excellent coffee shop and room service options.

Cons:

We had a Hollywood facing room (great view) ans could hear street noise. If you are a light sleeper, I may opt for rooms facing the other way.

Pros:

I was quite disappointed by the room. It was very clean and made up well, but all of the furniture had way too much wear and was visibly distressed. What I mean by that is the corners were all scuffed and there were lots of visible scratches, which I wouldn't expect for an upscale hotel. Additionally, the layout of the room was poor and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit other than the desk. The bed was really just a mattress sitting on top of a pad — meaning the sheets came out with the most gentle pull. Wifi went in and out every 20 minutes or so and made it challenging to work remotely and take video calls.

Nice property for young couples or people in town on business, and for people unconcerned with cost.
Pros:

The property is centrally located. The lobby is very modern and chic. The Valet service was quick. The front desk staff were helpful.

Cons:

We stayed in a double room and the layout made things unnecessarily cramped. We were traveling with 2 small kids and this hotel is not geared at all toward children. There was no coffee maker in the room so we ended up buying our own in order to avoid the expensive coffee bar in the lobby. The mandatory valet was quite pricey. It felt like we couldn't breathe without being charged for something. Everything seemed like it cost 20% more than it should from the minibar options to the room service menu.

Clean and modern rooms, helpful staff, safe and quiet
Pros:

The room had a fun industrial design and was very quiet even on a weekend (I was on the 10th floor with double-pane windows). The desk staff were very helpful and respectful. The gym was clean and sufficient. And traveling alone, I felt very safe with the card-key access to elevators and amenities.

Cons:

The restaurant had a limited menu and was pricey. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room--though I found out that you can ask for a water kettle. The pool is in a very public place (right next to the outdoor restaurant) -- probably great for meeting friends, but not great for someone like me who just wanted to swim laps.

The thinnest pillows I've ever seen at a hotel, a dull roar all day and night, and $65 parking
Pros:

The coffee shop and bar downstairs were nice amenities. Coffee shop had good pastries and coffee and the bar area was great for working. We did not use the pool but it looked pleasant.

Cons:

I have never in my life had thinner pillows at a hotel—piling three of them together almost equaled a normal pillow. When we asked, they said they didn't have any other kind. The mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable. On our side of the hotel, there was a dull roar that went on 24/7. Parking was $65 a night and we felt pressured to pay (although we ultimately parked 2 blocks away for $19 a night). Would not stay here again.
