Cons:

Nie podobało mi się np. nie informowanie o wyłączeniu wody w nocy. Jedna osoba z recepcji powiedziała przez telefon, że to planowane, a kolejna, że to niespodziewana awaria, a miałyśmy wylot o 6 rano, co nie było zbyt fajne.
Pobierana prowizja przy zameldowaniu jest zdecydowanie wyższa niż w innych hotelach, a jej zwrot nastąpił po 8 dniach.

It was clean

Cons:

They charge for every little thing! $65 for parking when you already charge a resort fee! They fill the fridge with overpriced drinks and charge $25 if you want to take it out and put in your own stuff! I was on the 9th floor and I could still hear the cars on the street passing by all night. They give you a $20 credit per room for their restaurant but you can’t use it for breakfast and if you want to use room service, they charge a $5 delivery free and mandatory 18% tip. And a cup of coffee was like 8 bucks!

We bailed on a gross VRBO and you were a port in a storm that exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

It was clean. Easy to get around in. The staff was AWESOME. Every interaction we had was pleasant. Our dog liked it too.

Cons:

The street noice was a lot - I was worried, but we slept fine. Also. I walked into the corner of TV - it hurt! We had ice packs in our cooler.
