Great location, clean comfortable room, attractive venue.
The car park (not belonging to the hotel but recommended for use with discount) was exceptionally difficult to find and resulted in driving round and round Dublin's one way system late at night despite having called at the hotel for instructions. In the end, we had to make an illegal turn to get onto its street. The hotel needs to provide a clear instructions if they continue to recommend this car park.
Proximity to everything city center. We walked to everything. Restaurants around every corner. Just a block to all the tour bus stops. Comfy bed. We had a nice simple stay.
I didn't pay attention when booking that there was no air conditioning. Thank goodness we were out and about during the day as it was quite warm. They provided us with a couple of fans which worked fine morning and evenings. We did not get to try the breakfast, our fault not theirs.

The location is great, right in the center of Temple Bar and super walkable and the mural on the hotel is lovely
- The front desk staff were unhelpful when asked questions about where to go and how to get around the area. Answers were perfunctory and you could tell they resented being asked.
- the bedside reading lamps are really blue, which makes them terrible for actual use in bed
- there was a large (~2-3 cm) gap under the door (and gaps around it) that let tons of light and noise in from the hall. At one point I overheard two staff having an argument about working hours in the hall.
- The lack of a microwave or mini-fridge in the room is super inconvenient
- The archaic split faucet sink design in the bathroom is annoying and forces you to wash your hands with either glacial or scalding water
- the workmanship of the room in general leaves much desired at this price point, especially in the bathroom where the plasterboard was poorly installed (gaps around the edges, joints clearly visible) and water damaged
- The light switch placement is annoying. The only switch for the bathroom light is ~6 ft away by the front door
