Prima ontbijt, werd goed aangevuld. Soms beetje druk. Hotel is gerenoveerd en in prima staat. Goede bedden met nieuwe matrassen. Goed geslapen. Personeel erg behulpzaam.

Asiakaspalvelu / vastaanotto hotellissa on hyvä ja hotellin hinta kohdallaan. Huone oli puhdas, järjestyksessä eikä ulkoa kantautunut juurikaa mölyä yöllä. Sijainti on hyvä, koska vieressä oli underground asema, josta pääsee lähes kaikkialle vaihtojen avulla. Läheisyydessä on hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja jos haluaa kävellä vähän pidemmälle Earls Couts Street löytyy lisää vaihtoehtoja.

Hotelli mainostaa aamiaista seuraavasti: Mannermainen, Englantilainen/irlantilainen, Kasvis, Vegaaninen, Gluteeniton, Aasialainen, Buffet, Aamiainen mukaan.
Meillä valinta kolmen hotellin joukosta päätyi tähän aamiaisen vuoksi. Valitettavasti en itse huomannut erikseen mainittuna Kasvis (tomaatin ja kurkunpalat?) Vegaaninen, Gluteiiniton ja Aasialainen, joka oli kovasti odotettu tyttäreni osalta - ei ollut tai olisiko pitänyt pyytää erikseen? Muutaman päivän hotellissa viettäneenä - viimeisenä päivänä otin tummaa leipää, kinkun, juuston ja kaakaon kera. Aamiaisaineksia voisi vähän vaihtaa päivittäin?
Huoneeseen kaipaisin pari hyllytasoa, johon voisi purkaa tavaransa - nyt ei ollut mitään.

Good location for what I needed and a very comfortable bed.

It was clean, very comfortable with good facilities .

Cons:

Staff were a little abrupt and dismissive. The coffee machine did t work but I did t have time to report it.

So good I'm back in August..
Pros:

Everything. Its my third visit to this hotel. Staff are amazing, so friendly, so helpful.

Cons:

It rained. However nothing the hotel could do about that.

very good hotel, modern comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Very pleasant and modern hotel. Extremly clean and quiet room on sixth floor. Comfortable bed and bathroom was superb and modern.Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and staff were efficient. Ideally located for a visit to Olympia exhibition centre which is a very short train journey. Overall excellent experience and we would definitly stay again.

Cons:

It was quite expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for and London hotels are not cheap. would certainly recommend.
