Thoughtful details that made the stay unforgettable
Pros:

Before my girlfriend arrived, I contacted the hotel to ask if they could place a letter in her room. I wanted to surprise her with something simple but meaningful.

The team went far beyond what I expected. They carefully arranged the letter on the bed with so much attention and kindness, and even added chocolates as a surprise. Everything was done beautifully and with genuine care.

When she arrived and saw it, she was deeply touched. It turned a simple gesture into a truly memorable moment. I’m incredibly grateful to the team for their kindness, attention to detail, and for helping create such a special memory for us.

Ottimo hotel e ottima posizione.
Pros:

Struttura molto pulita,staff gentilissimo. Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno.Posizione vicina alla fermata della metro quindi comodo per spostarsi.

Cons:

Forse solo che a volte durante la notte si sentivano le altre persone nella stanze. Ma solo a momenti.

Per il prezzo mi aspettavo meglio.
Pros:

La relativa vicinanza alla metro. La camera con mobilio nuovo.

Cons:

I cuscini non lisci. Gli ascensori del mattino difficilmente fruibili . La doccia con acqua a 40° gradi ma secondo me più fredda. Il prezzo troppo alto. Il disguido al pagamento che ho dovuto rifare con 2 sterline in più non per colpa mia . Niente cuffia o necessario bagno solo sapone e shampoo balsamo (pessimo). La stanza molto molto buia. Il televisore non permette connessione internet e non ci sono canali italiani.
