Breakfast was great! Lots of common areas to hang out with friends.
Wish the bar opened earlier.
Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly. Room was perfect size for our family of 5.
Breakfast was chaotic and a lot of things like plates, cups, and silverware took a long time to get restocked.
The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious.
The room seemed clean, at first glance, but when we opened up the sofa bed it was full of crumbs. There were also some maintenence issues, like sharp nails poking out of the bathroom door, the faceplate in the main door jam was loose, and the toilet did not flush well.
Staff greeted as we came in, check in was easy and fast.
The room left something to be desired. Right when you walk in a big stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. The bathroom mat was sopping wet from a previous guest I believe. The shower curtain liner was missing completely. When we drew the curtain closed we discovered a big wad of gross hair or something on it like it wasn't cleaned or even inspected. The ceiling tiles were stained. Overall one of the worse maintained hotel rooms I've stayed in, in a while unfortunately. For the price paid I was disappointed.
Best hotel I've stayed at! Staff was very kind, welcoming, & friendly. Staff keeps everything so clean. Overall a wonderful experience.

The quality of the breakfast was lacking. The food service area was extremely congested. There was not enough seating for the people at breakfast. The coffee was horrible!
I was fortunate to stay here with the Miss Wisconsin Competition and it was truly one of my favorite hotels, they were clean, welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious
Anytime I am in Brookfield Embassy is my go to Hotel. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel to the large rooms there is nothing that beats it. Thank you for making every experience so enjoyable.

This Embassy Suites absolutely delivered.
We accidentally booked the wrong date through Expedia, and I walked in fully expecting a headache. Instead, Lawrence and Rachel at the front desk turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the easiest hotel experiences I’ve had. They got us checked in immediately, helped us sort everything out, and treated us with genuine kindness. That’s real hospitality.
The hotel itself checked every box for me. The pool, the atmosphere, the amenities, and the breakfast were exactly what I look for in a staycation. And let me tell you… the breakfast was way more impressive than I expected.
Then we wandered down to the bar where Charlie and Andre were mixing drinks. Those two deserve a raise—or at the very least, a standing ovation and a bigger tip jar. Great drinks, great personalities, and they made the evening even more fun.
I only live about 50 minutes away, but sometimes you don’t need a plane ticket—you just need a great hotel that knows how to make you feel welcome. This was exactly what I needed.
Congratulations to the management team. You’ve built something special, and more importantly, you’ve built a team that genuinely cares about people. That’s the part guests remember.
Safe to say… you’ve officially become my favorite hotel in Brookfield. We’ll absolutely be back!

Charlie is amazing, food is alway hot and drinks are always cold.
Stayed here recently, and the experience was amazing! Charlie at the bar took solid care of me and made the stay memorable (in a great way)!
