Weekday stay was good weekend days were definitely not.
Pros:

Hotel is well placed and easy to get to. Breakfast is a nice option. Staff is attentive. Facilities are clean and modern.

Cons:

Cold showers, not cool or lukewarm, cold. Only two of the five showers approached normal temperatures. This was enough to make me think twice about ever staying at this hotel in the future. Breakfast was crowded and had to eat in room on two occasions.

Decent stay with good breakfast options.
Pros:

Continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room was very warm and hard to sleep given only heat options and hotel in general felt too warm for April!

Pros:

Very disappointed at the staff. Lynn was extremely rude and dismissive toward us. One of the guest was drunk and irate kept banging on our wall and yelling racial slurs out his door. My kids were afraid and for that reason I decided to leave in the middle of the night. I’m an Hilton Honors member and can’t believe the service that was provided.

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Room was 80 degrees in it because the heat and air was off per the desk. Pull out be was absolutely disgusting with stains all over it.

The room was spacious for us and our teenage son.

Cons:

The gym. The slow elevator and it was not clear if there was a staircase down to the lobby (the only stairs we found went to the 1st floor).
