Breakfast is good.
The non bedroom section of the room was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.... downright painful to sit in. The sleeper sofa and the chair need to be replaced. The lighting in that room was also poor.
Good location from the Brewers Stadium, Breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Our bed was terrible. We stayed 2 nights and didnt get much sleep.
Our travel baseball team recently stayed at this property for a weekend tournament. Ahead of our arrival, we were assured that the hotel was happy to host our group. Unfortunately, the actual experience felt less like a hospitality service and more like hostile surveillance. From the moment we arrived, our families were targeted with unreasonable restrictions. When our group gathered in the lobby, we were told we could not congregate there and were explicitly told we could go "sit in our cars" instead. We received a noise complaint simply for our children using the swimming pool during standard hours, and we were told that anyone under the age of 18 had to be accompanied by an adult at all times, anywhere on the property. The situation culminated in hotel staff calling the police on our parents for simply talking in the hallways, under the claim that it "looked unsafe."
What made this experience entirely unacceptable was the blatant inconsistency. There were several other travel baseball families and hotel guests staying at the property doing the exact same things—gathering in common areas and chatting in hallways—yet our group was the only one singled out, watched constantly by staff, and subjected to police intervention. Management knew exactly who we were, the size of our group, and that we were traveling with children when they accepted our booking. If the hotel’s policies regarding families and teams are truly this restrictive, they should not accept group reservations. We felt unwelcome and hyper-scrutinized throughout our stay. We will absolutely not be returning, and we advise other youth sports teams to take their business elsewhere. The photo I attached is the "Security" guard standing over our dads, who paid for drinks at the bar. They were doing nothing wrong.
Everything. I was traveling on a 16 day road trip and stayed at 7 different locations and this was my favorite.
Sorry I loved everything.
Brandon was so awesome he has perfect customer service and checked up on us to make sure we was good.
I dont know the ladies name my fiance spoke with her. I had a reservation check in Thursday but we actually got in Wednesday early morning like at 1:15 coming from Texas and for some reason she couldn't check us in early she made me pay for a executive suite for that morning. I wasn't to happy. The executive suite carpet was dirty

Convenient location
Not enough staff for the happy hour. One bartender and long lines. Breakfast poorly managed. Waited for clean plates and utensils. Waited in line for omelet maker to show up.
Musty smell in room. Water left in ice bucket and in iron.
Staff were amazing! Very nice and helpful!
Rooms are very dated, main entrance is closed, and hot tub by the pool?! we had some awful people next door playing loud music and yelling until 3 am. I did call down to the desk, and the staff addressed it, however the people didn’t listen very well. This was not the hotels fault.
The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly! Best hotel I've been to in a long while.
