This Hilton location is gorgeous! The staff has been wonderful! Katrina checked me in and was very informative and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast selection is exceptional. One of my favorite encounters was meeting Arya. He was very pleasant and introduced me to some wonderful Hilton travel packages! Thank you Hilton for an enjoyable, relaxing, and refreshing experience!

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was high end restaurant quality and all the amenities were perfect. Staff was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Staff also got everything done in a fast and excellent manor. I definitely recommend staying here

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Special shout out to Arya for taking such great care of us during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the happy hour. I would absolutely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

The property did amazing in compensating for our AC not working by moving us rooms. The property was very clean.

Good stay and affordable pricing. Environment was inviting and not overly crowded.I spoke to Arya at the Embssy Hilton in Irvine and it’s obvious he’s passionate about his job and that’s admirable.

This hotel is fantastic! The customer service is exceptional, especially Gaby, who went above and beyond to assist us during a challenging start to our day. Gaby was incredibly friendly and helpful, securing us a room at a great rate. The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities, including complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, an indoor pool, a convenient shuttle service, and a well-equipped fitness center. The on-site restaurant was particularly convenient after a long day of travel. My family and I consistently enjoy our stays here. Thank you, Gaby, for making our family vacation truly memorable!

My family stayed there recently in room 514. My wife opened up the blue wool blanket from the closet and placed it on the couch. It wasn’t until the last morning that she had detected a bug crawling on the blanket section that was over the right arm armrest. She had killed the bug, we kept it, and I notified the front desk at checkout. I informed them that I would be getting this bug tested.

Once home, I started up an email conversation with Jacqueline Maldonado, operations mgr, and Evan Smith, front office manager. I reported said incident, and I informed them that I would be notifying the Orange County Department of Public Health. Additionally, I informed them I’d have the bug tested. Long story short, the report came back as a confirmed bedbug.

In further follow up conversations, Jacqueline informed me they had their independent pest control company inspect the room, but did not detect any evidence of an infestation, and the company performed some spot treating. The OC DPH representative had gone in and inspected, but did not find anything.

To all the guests who do choose to say, if there is such an incident, resist the urge to inform the front desk / hotel management. First and foremost, inform the Department of Public Health Orange County 714-433-6000, or you could file electronically here and upload pictures https://ochealthinfo.com/services-programs/environmental-health/report-issue-or-contact-us. Let them inspect first to confirm the findings. This way the hotel doesn’t go in, treat, and destroy evidence. Let OC DPH find evidence so that this hotel will be penalized accordingly and held accountable.

Or, better tip, avoid all this, and stay elsewhere.

Whenever we stay in Irvine, we always choose this property. Great staff, great rooms. Arya is very welcoming. My family will definitely be back!

This was our fifth time staying here and we always have a great experience. The breakfast is really good and the location works perfectly for what we need. The staff are all super friendly, especially Arya. We had a nice chat with him and he was very kind and welcoming (and always looks sharp!). Definitely one of our favorite places to stay.

Probably the best embassy suites in this area. The entire staff is well trained, friendly, and helpful. Arya was great and I had a really nice chat with him. His hospitality was spot on.
