Posizione centrale, camere di dimensione media, pulite, in zona tranquilla rispetto ad altri angoli di San Francisco dove spesso per strada si trovano soggetti poco raccomandabili, caffè in camera

the bathroom was way too small hardly any counter space and the shower had no pressure.

One of the men at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. I noticed that this was not only the way he treated me, but also how he interacted with other guests. His attitude made the experience at the front desk uncomfortable and did not feel welcoming.

Vintage no es sinónimo de deplorable
Pros:

El desayuno es súper básico pero salva. Té, café, yogur en jarro, cereales, algunos muffins, algo de fruta, huevos y algún embutido. Para salir del paso se agradece, me pareció correcto. La cama era algo blanda pero cómoda.

Cons:

Mienten con las fotos. Te venden una habitación que no tiene nada que ver con la realidad: oscura, fea y ruinosa (puertas que no cierran, cajones descompuestos, sofá gastado, muebles sin tiradores y caja fuerte sin pilas). Se escucha el ruido del piso superior y las cañerías a cada rato y en 5 noches jamás cambiaron toallas ni sacaron la basura.
La atención de entrada es pésima: te obligan a hacer el check-in en unos tótems/kioskos digitales para que al final igual te atienda un recepcionista sin ninguna voluntad de ayudar. El resto del personal fue amable, pero uno de ellos admitió sin descaro que Booking muestra fotos que no corresponden a la categoría para lavarse las manos.. No boten su dinero.
