Amazing!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, more option can be added but it was good. WIFI was good in the room. Location perfect near everything you want and you can walk to the union square in 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful

Great service
Pros:

I had excellent service at the reception from Punya after arriving and realising I had booked my stay for the wrong dates and that I was a few days early. He helped me contact the booking third party and request a change of dates so that I could at least stay one night and not lose money for my whole stay.

Cons:

Ingresa mucho ruido de la calle por las ventanas, el hotel deja unos tapaoidos en los cajones jeje.
La recepcionista nos indicó q habían 2 parqueaderos cerca pero no nos informo q hay uno mas caro que el otro . Y ojo porque el más caro cobra adelantado las 24 horas y no se puede sacar el carro se llama ( public parking 750 bush) , hay uno más abajo q si se cobra x horas y es mas económico se llama ( SFMTA, sutter)

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, cerca de chinatown y de times square. El desayuno es normal, elemental.

Cons:

No limpian la habitación, por ende no cambian los toallones y toallas, no retiran la basura que uno puede hacer en la habitación. Nos dijeron que si queríamos que nos limpiaran la habitación, tenia un costo extra, cosa que nunca se menciona a la hora de contratar el hotel. El lugar del desayuno se ve que era un bar, y lo están usando como desayunador, es oscuro, te hacen hacer el check in por una máquina que no siempre funciona. El personal de la recepción al bajar a desayunar uno lo saluda y no emiten saludo. Se ve que es un hotel muy antiguo que ha sido remodelado.

Excellent hotel, good location.
Pros:

The room was a great size, all are named after wineries which is a nice touch. The hotel has a lot of history and character. The breakfast was served in the adjoining sports bar with a range of hot and cold food that’s a good way to set up for the day. Very helpful staff on reception. Good location, only a couple of minutes walk to union square and public transport to other parts of the city. Excellent hotel.
