Everything. The breakfast was delightful and the facilities were great. Loved it and the bed is so comfy. First night in 2 months I actually fell straight asleep

They changed my room for me
The room was very dated, old and rundown, chips on the doorframes, bathroom patched up. It was not as the pictures on the website. The room was very dark with a window no view, a view of a wall and the aircon was so loud. There was also another noise that might have been the aircon of the adjoining rooms.
I hadn't experienced American hotels before and was shocked that breakfast was served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery.
Generally the staff fluctuated between helpful and pleasant to completely un helpful and with no knowledge and common sense or sense of service.
I asked to move rooms to a room with more natural light - which they did - great. I unfortunately left my passport in my previous room. It took 3 hr of conversation with the staff to get it back. They were so unhelpful and refused to contact the people in the room to see if they could check to see if it was there. This was my passport!!!!!
The rooms where rundown and old and the service was poor for the my expectation of the price I paid.

The location
The furniture where all worn out the building is quite old and rundown. It’s close to a teardown. The breakfast was just bare minimum. The room service was not available. They charge $40 for regular room service that every hotel does free of charge if we asked for it and they charge $22 room service where there was no room service. There was a note saying that they cleaned the rooms once a week.
