Quiet stay in central location
Pros:

We had a brilliant week staying here. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Union Square and walking distance to key transport links. Despite the central location the room was quiet. The room was really clean and well appointed. I truly have no complaints of issues with our stay.
Breakfast was okay but options were limited.

Pros:

I had a great time at the hotel , we had a small issue during check in but Punya was super helpful in solving it quickly. The included breakfast was great.

Above and Beyond!
Pros:

We had an emergency and had to visit San Francisco to tend to family member in the hospital. With a situation like this, you never know how long you will be checking in for. Abel was not only kind and courteous, he was mindful of our situation making sure to check with us periodically about extending our time as needed. He was very helpful in navigating the area and making sure we were welcome every time we set foot through the door. With all the the circumstances of our trip considered, we couldn't have asked for a better experience at the hotel. Thank you Abel, and thank you Punya for your kindness and support with our trip. We will definitely be back!

Bonne localisation mais pratique commerciale décevante désormais.
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre ville pour accéder au Moscone Center, restaurants à proximité et à 30 minutes des points touristiques sur front de mer (Pier 39).
Charme d'un hotel ancien, bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner disponible sur place, ce qui est pratique.

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres est faible (prévoir bouchons d'oreille).
Wifi instable.
Cela fait 4 ans que je m'y rends et je découvre cette année que le ménage de la chambre est en supplément !!! Et cela pour un tarif plus élevé que dans le passé! Pratique généralisée à l'ensemble des réservations.
Donc attention, pas renseigné dans la réservation booking.com. Prévoir US$ 40 / demande. Pratique commerciale déplorable.
Je suis resté 5 jours, pas même une rapide visite de la femme de ménage pour vider la poubelle ou changer qq serviettes sans forcement faire un ménage complet.

Dingy, worn down, and shabby
Pros:

The breakfast and the location was good

Cons:

My room was extremely beat up and the bed was horrible. Scuffs and missing paint, chair varnish rubbed off due to age and wear, everything in the room was very well work and looked 50 years old due to wear from the furniture down to the tiles and the walls. Way too much money for what I got.

Kein Spiegel. Bad ohne Heizung und Lüfter, aus dem Fenster Blick ins Nachbarzimmer und winzigem Hof, Einrichtung veraltet und abgenutzt. Keine Flasche Wasser wie in Beschreibung. Das Frühstück war schlecht.
Für 400 $/Nacht war das Hotel völlig überbezahlt.Kein Spiegel. Bad ohne Heizung und Lüfter, aus dem Fenster Blick ins Nachbarzimmer und winzigem Hof, Einrichtung veraltet und abgenutzt. Keine Flasche Wasser wie in Beschreibung.
Frühstück mit Papptellern und Plastikbesteck sowie Plastik oder Pappbecher, 2 Sorten Marmelade. Das war es für den Toast.
