The breakfast was really good. I loved the room.
Pros:

I loved the room I received. I had a view and it wasn't so far from the stairs. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Cons:

There should of been a bar. That would have made the stay even better. Besides that I do not have any complaints.

Steep hill/ nice room
Pros:

Room and breakfast were fine. Location was central. Got a relatively decent rate by comparison to some other nearby hotels

Cons:

Unnecessarily stressful checkin. Booked for a relative on Booking.com, the hotel had my credit card and knew I would not be present, but an unhelpful night staff demanded they provide an additional credit card on arrival, which they didn't have. I had also emailed the hotel about this in advance. Desk staff was refusing to allow them to check in to the prepaid room and insisting they had to leave, and "talk to the manager in the morning". It was late at night after a long flight. NO effort to problem-solve. Finally agreed to take my card number again over the phone. It took about one minute and went though just fine. I did check to be sure they didn't add any extra charges later; they didn't

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. A un minuto de chinatown y a menos de 5 de union square en una zona con cafes y pubs de clade media alta que te permite moverte de noche

Cons:

Es precario en todo. Esta obsoleto y le falta mantenimienot y limpieza

Affordable and Friendly
Pros:

I had a place to sleep, bath and have breakfast. I liked the staff. They were polite and nice. It wasn't all bad. They served breakfast everyday. I like the fact that they held our bags for us even though we checked out at 12:00.

Cons:

The A/C was loud and a window unit. I would figure every hotel had central A/C by now. The wifi was horrible. It would come and go. The bathtub was slippery. I fell and hit my head the first night I arrived and had to ask for a bath tub mat the next day, so I don't have a rinse and repeat. You have to be there for seven days to get room service. I had to ask them to bring clean towel and empty my trash everyday. The rugs look like they need an upgrade. If I ever return to San Francisco I will seek out a different hotel.
