Pros:

Excellent staff and service …nothing was too much trouble … allowed early check in and late check out, stored luggage until airport departure, upgraded room. Would love to return soon! Thanks got a great stay.

All and all- a good experience
Pros:

Staff were great, a bit expensive but that’s just how it is in San Francisco.
The room was good, convenient.
They gave umbrellas which saved us cause we had a rainy day.
Good valet service, not cheap but good.

Cons:

The shower - you run the water without the option to not get wet so it’s just on you- and it starts cold. But not a big deal.
Receiving sleepers could be nice.
Expensive, but so are the other hotels in the city
