Zentrales Hotel ins toller Umgebung für angenehmen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, von der aus man zu Fuß alles gut erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte alles was man braucht. Es gab einige complimentary Extras wie Kaffee & Wasser. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig und leider hatten wir an einem Tag keinen Zimmerservice.

Pros:

Everything was spotless and felt new. The room was compact, with comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. Bathroom also compact, but well designed for the space with a good sized shower, lighting, hairdryer. The bottled water and coffee supplies provided in the room were much appreciated, as was the wine hour in the lobby. Quiet room overlooking interior. There was a gym, but we didn't access it. The decor throughout felt fun and sophisticated. Conveniently located within walking distance to two parking garages, the Embarcadero, Financial District, Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square, and countless restaurants. Excellent customer service by all associates encountered. Good value for S.F. Would definitely return.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, convenient location - have stayed here a few times and will return!

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times and enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is convenient to Chinatown, North Beach, and Union Square. It was very close to public transportation and I was able to easily catch buses, light rail trains, or the BART anywhere I wanted to go. (Or just BART, no "the", as the locals say.)

There's a beautiful outdoor rooftop area if you need some quiet outdoor time to yourself, and there's a fridge in the room for leftovers. My favorite thing about this place though? There's a COMMUNAL MICROWAVE for heating up any leftovers you might accrue!! As someone who orders way too much food on vacation, but also is a child of immigrants that hates wasting food, truly this is an amazing touch that sets this place above the rest. No more letting leftovers go to waste! Also there were several water dispensers with great quality water that you didn't have to go into the fitness center for!

The staff was always very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything. And the sipping hour was fun - you can grab a gin cocktail and also trail mix!! I believe there was also complimentary tea and coffee available in the mornings, though I am not a big caffeine drinker and also often slept in.

I'll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!
