Cons:

Cobran fees que no aparecen a la hora de reservar en booking y retienen el dinero por 5 dias me hicieron cobros que no deberían hacer y no responde, wl baño estaba tapado y nadie lo soluciono, la habitación es muy pequeña y muy oscura

Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, la struttura è accogliente e pulitissima e la posizione davvero top! Molto carino l'aperitivo pomeridiano nella hall. Consigliatissimo!!

We would definitely recommend staying here, also we most definitely would book the sutter suite again in the future
Pros:

Everything was great, staff super friendly, location was great, walking distance to a lot of places like shopping and coffee. King bed in the sutter suite was excellent, almost as comfortable as our bed at home.

Très joli design et chambre confortable, idéalement situé au centre de San Francisco (attention pas super safe la nuit cela dit, en journée aucun problème)

Cons:

Surprise au moment du check in on vous facture $40 de frais sans explication. On vous dit ensuite que c'est pour la WiFi !!! Depuis quand on paie la wifi dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ? C'est ridicule. Déjà que le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclu.
