Pros:

Great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwich was clean and healthy.

Cons:

The window in the bathroom did not close which made it a bit uncomfortable to be in there during the colder mornings. The lighting in the bath is low making it difficult to dress in the morning.

Amazing location for walking to the ferry terminal and catching a Giants game. Loved it!
Pros:

The location was amazing and the room was clean. The lobby and hallways were nicely designed.

Cons:

The doors to other rooms were heavy and slammed throughout the night, waking me up on several occasions.

Our Go To Hotel for Carnival in San Francisco
Pros:

I perform with Esforço at Carnival in San Francisco every May, and for the past few years we’ve stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel. What a beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean and lovely, and the staff is so friendly, helpful and fabulous. They also offer a complimentary happy hour every day at 5 PM in the lobby, which has a cozy sitting area and fireplace.

I worked with Annie Rathore and Jessie Manuel to arrange a group rate, and they were absolutely wonderful; flexible, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The hotel is conveniently located in the Financial District in downtown San Francisco and just two blocks from BART.

I look forward to staying there and working with them again.

Great value for money
Pros:

The location is great! The value for money is good, considering the location and the other facilities.

Cons:

They made us choose between a room with a street view, more noisy, and one room with a patio view, more quiet. We were after a long flight and we wanted quiet, so we chose the room with the patio view, thinking that it will be a nice garden or something. It wasn't! The hotel is in a form of a square, so we only could see the room from the other side of the square. But this was on us, because they asked.
