Cons:

would have been nice to know the St Patrick's Day Parade was happening on the day of check in. We tried to do early arrival, but spent literally 3 hours in snarled downtown traffic and road closures for the parade. If we had known, we could have taken a differnt route or the subway.

Pros:

Location, coffee, and cocktail hour.

Cons:

The pillows. It would be nice to have medium forms and down alternatives.

The parking cost. I chose to park at the Whitehouse Garage for much less and tax was included in their rate.

You should have large bottles of toiletries vs the small ones. It should help reduce waste.

I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Everything was really great. Friendly staff. I would have given a 10 except there is really no breakfast, only breakfast sandwiches available in the lobby.

Convenient location! blue bottle coffee was just next door. Housekeeping did a great job every day keeping the room tidy and clean!

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, von der aus man zu Fuß alles gut erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte alles was man braucht. Es gab einige complimentary Extras wie Kaffee & Wasser. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig und leider hatten wir an einem Tag keinen Zimmerservice.

Everything was spotless and felt new. The room was compact, with comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. Bathroom also compact, but well designed for the space with a good sized shower, lighting, hairdryer. The bottled water and coffee supplies provided in the room were much appreciated, as was the wine hour in the lobby. Quiet room overlooking interior. There was a gym, but we didn't access it. The decor throughout felt fun and sophisticated. Conveniently located within walking distance to two parking garages, the Embarcadero, Financial District, Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square, and countless restaurants. Excellent customer service by all associates encountered. Good value for S.F. Would definitely return.
