Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the rooms have recently been updated. The bar and restaurant service was excellent in our server Aurielle was excellent in the bar and the second night in the restaurant. She’s delightful. Happy to help great attitude.

Super friendly staff who make your stay comfortable and take care of your needs with a smile.
Pros:

Super friendly staff that really cared about taking care of your needs. Place was very clean and relaxing.
Did I mention the valets, especially Misa, who not only carefully and quickly loaded my luggage in the car for me but then was so nice and backed my car out of the tight spot that I almost got it stuck in. Bless him…he didn’t make me feel stupid about it either.
Super friendly guys and they weren’t that “overly friendly because I want a tip” guys either. They weren’t genuinely nice and respectful gentlemen.

Great hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Directly across from Jax Symphony. Upscale restaurant River and Post is only a few miles away. Clean, recently updated rooms. Misa, a valet, stands out. Very nice young man!

Pros:

Excellent in all areas. Room was clean. Location was perfect for the Symphony. Front desk staff was great. Our Valet person was Misa. He was friendly and personable. Excellent stay all around.

Quick meeting and easy in and out for parking!
Pros:

Good stay
Pros:

The rooms were upgraded and nice. Staff were very friendly. Hotel felt like an upgrade.

Cons:

The valet area was packed and made it hard to get your car in and out. Only one valet person came to work the morning we left so we had to wait a while to get our car. He was working hard though. Even running to make decent time. He needs a raise.
