Marriott Jacksonville Downtown

Nate from Valet was amazing, and made sure the vehicle was well kept, and always available quickly which is a huge plus in my line of work. 10/10

Nothing- I use to love the property when it was the Omni

This hotel was great! From pre-arrival and contacting Eva in the Sales Office for assistance to the welcome and being greeted by Emileigh at the front desk. Every staff member we encountered was amazing! Pool was perfect temperature and the room was great! Location was perfect to going to a concert at Veterans Arena. If we are back in the area this will be our first choice!

I was in Jacksonville last weekend to treat my kiddos and niece to a beach trip before school started back and we had a very pleasant stay at this property. As a former AGM who used to work for Marriott for some time I was pleased with the property and the staff. Emily checked us in and she was so pleasant and nice. Misa who worked in valet was very attentive and welcoming whenever we returned or needed our vehicle. There was another gentleman in valet that was always attentive as well. Didn't get his name but he assisted when we checked in that Friday afternoon and every morning we came down.

The gym was nice! The pool area was very relaxing and clean. The pool attendants do an awesome job ensuring the area is clean and stocked with towels.

There was a moment during our stay where I thought I misplaced my apple watch at the pool I had called down to the FD and the agent was nice and polite and even followed up with a phone call to let me know nothing had been found or turned in but would alert me if so. (I did end up finding my watch behind the curtain thanks to my 3 year old son :).

We also had a slow drain issue in the tub and the team was quick to have maintenance come up and resolve while we were away for dinner.

Also, thank you Housekeeping. The room was super clean, we always love a super clean room. :)

We will be back to Jacksonville soon and will definitely stay here again!

I checked in on July 3rd after a long and exhausting drive, and Isaiah immediately made me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, he was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating.

One thing that stood out was that he acknowledged my Platinum Member status, which is something that is often overlooked at many hotels. He took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, ensuring I was aware of everything available during my stay.

Isaiah also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shared valuable information about the different Jacksonville beach areas and the unique experiences each offers. His knowledge of the area helped make my visit even more enjoyable.

Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and Isaiah truly enhanced my stay. Because of his hospitality and professionalism, I plan to return to this hotel whenever I visit Jacksonville in the future.

Rooms was wonderful and spacious

During my stay I meet a very nice gentleman. Miss. that assisted me and my family with our luggage and valet our vehicle. He was very prompt and courteous. He even gave high 5 to my grandchildren. I would be pleased to have Misa serve within the company. Great customer service.
