I was delighted with my stay at this Marriott! All of the staff were so amazing, and I was pleased to have such kind interactions with the valet staff everytime I was in and out of the hotel! Especially Asa is a great young man!

Close to Performing Arts. Breakfast was very good, included healthy options ( oatmeal and fresh fruits) in addition to normal hot breakfast. Lenore at front desk went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant!

In a very nice section of downtown Jacksonville one block from the river. Very clean hotel, attentive staff, good restaurant. Rooms are standard, but clean and quiet. Valet parking is expensive, but secure options are few otherwise.
Had an outstanding waiter - Masen-although short staffed. ..Mason gave us excellent service while handling multiple tickets. Great job Masen-

Sat in the bar area on a Saturday night. It was crowded by Meisen provided excellent service. He was very attentive, polite and always smiled. Meisen went the extra mile to track down my wife’s requested wine.
I’ve stayed here many times over the last decade. It’s always been good and steadily improving. Perfect for a late night drink after a symphony concert.
Great experience. Better service provided by Masen. He certainly created raving fans. Provided guidance on menu selection Mushroom & Egg Rolls were delicious. Also recommend the Jax burger!
