I arrived a hour after my check in time and still had to wait about 30-35 mins to be placed into a room. I requested a river view however i received a building view with the river all the way to the right. The original room they were going to put us in was 4 rooms to the right which would’ve been the perfect view. They put us in a different room number claiming the view wouldn’t be affected but it was. I had reservations to attend and was late because of this inconvenience. I did not receive a discount.

I checked in on July 3rd after a long and exhausting drive, and Isaiah immediately made me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, he was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating.
One thing that stood out was that he acknowledged my Platinum Member status, which is something that is often overlooked at many hotels. He took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, ensuring I was aware of everything available during my stay.
Isaiah also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shared valuable information about the different Jacksonville beach areas and the unique experiences each offers. His knowledge of the area helped make my visit even more enjoyable.
Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and Isaiah truly enhanced my stay. Because of his hospitality and professionalism, I plan to return to this hotel whenever I visit Jacksonville in the future.
Hour late check in, room not cleaned thoroughly, “river view” was an exaggeration, parking details not included in booking, mattress cheap, room service came in cardboard boxes like an Uber Eats delivery, overall disappointing for the price. I’ve had better experiences for less.
Rooms was wonderful and spacious
During my stay I meet a very nice gentleman. Miss. that assisted me and my family with our luggage and valet our vehicle. He was very prompt and courteous. He even gave high 5 to my grandchildren. I would be pleased to have Misa serve within the company. Great customer service.

Sahaa provided outstanding service during our stay at the Marriott Jacksonville. She was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
