I've stayed at this Marriott several times now and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly throughout. The restaurant serves what I feel are gourmet meals. The Server who assisted me in the restaurant last time, Masen, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His food and wine pairing recommendations were superb! I'm planning to be back soon and look forward experiencing the recent restaurant renovations.

Our stay at Marriott Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A special thank you to Misa with valet—he was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us. It’s little moments like that that make a stay memorable. We truly look forward to coming back!

We always have a nice visit at this Marriott. The staff kindly remembers us from the front desk to the bartenders. On Friday when we arrived, Misa, one of the valets, remembered us by name. He kindly greeted us and welcomed us back.
Good stay, AJ was great in the valet area.
Parking was friendly and quick. Car was kept safe and promptly waiting for me in the morning. Misa was super friendly.
We enjoyed exploring Jacksonville River Walk, Cummer Museum & visiting family. We enjoy valet parking @ Marriott Jacksonville downtown. Misa was courteous , professional and extremely prompt in retrieving our truck. Valet service is one less stressor when traveling! We look forward to returning again! Linda & Randy Baker.

Needs a total refresh.
Stayed at this Marriott for a local concert. While the Hotel is slightly dated for a full service Marriott, the staff excelled in service and made up for the Sates hotel
Cole was amazing in assisting us with our luggage and up to our room!
AJ on the Valet was great, always accommodating
Cole/Ky/AJ over in valet took care of us from start to finish and even helped suggest a local coffee shop and park nearby! Would recommend

Nice location, and the valet Turner was awesome.
This trip did not start off great. When I stay in hotels, I typically pay in cash, but this hotel does not accept cash payments. I had planned to pay for my room in cash and place a card on file for incidentals. Thankfully, another member of our party was able to provide a card. This is not what I’m used to when staying at Marriott properties.
After we got that sorted out, we went to the room and had a great stay. The room itself was fresh and clean, which we really appreciated. However, the hallways looked dirty—you could tell they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.
The hotel bar was a highlight. We had a great experience with the gentleman working Friday day shift. I didn’t catch his name, but he was wonderful.
Arielle was wonderful as well. We dined in the restaurant that night and had a great time. The food was okay, nothing to rave about.
