The graciousness of the front desk assistants, who smiled and welcomed us warmly, was most appreciated. We had a positive experience from the moment we dropped off the car, received assistance by an experienced bellman, and was greeted as returning members. The room was lovely, had a view, and possessed the always-delightful robe! I loved the size of the room AND bathroom, the security of the safe, and the accessibility of the refrigerator and coffee maker. The bellman gave us insight into the hotel amenities and overview of Richmond. All in all, we were very happy being at the Omni - Richmond. Five Stars.
We had a fantastic stay at the Omni Richmond Hotel while in town for a business meeting, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the planning process, which made coordinating our meeting seamless and stress-free. The event itself went perfectly thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail.
Beyond the meeting, every staff interaction was warm, friendly, and welcoming, reinforcing that excellent service is a true priority here. A special mention goes to Sean, the shuttle driver, who truly goes above and beyond. He is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional, takes the time to remember guests, and makes genuine connections that make you feel valued. Sean is a standout employee and a wonderful representation of the Omni brand. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.
The Omni Richmond has great customer service, clean rooms, coffee and bar on property, and is close to great dining options.

Lovely hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Comfortable bedding. Great (huge) breakfast. 10/10 no notes.
The hotel is clean, nice and the staff are very helpful
The elevators seem rusty and slow
It was near everything we wanted to see. We walked to most of them
We stayed when it was a wedding, so the elevator took a little longer & were very crowded
Many places were easily reachable by walk, rooms were quite modern and comfortable. Quiet and clean. The room with the view on the riverside is nice and overall a good experience.
The hotel asks more than 40$ a day for car parking, but the area is full if public parking that costs half the price and have overnight parking. Poor lighting in the room, one of the bedside outlets didn’t. You have to pay wifi, that for 2025 is a bad choice.
The Richmond Experience!

Terrible hotel and the staff is no help when issues in your room arise. Dirty and outdated. When I called the front desk for help with tv and wireless not working I received no help. Stayed a week without a working TV.
Check in
The restaurant took over an hour to serve thefood and it wasnt really crowded
