Enjoy a great meal right at the hotel.
Pros:

Stopped at the hotel Restaurant bar the first night had a quick drink was welcomed immediately not only by the bartender but the manager as well. We’re so friendly we decided to stay in the next night to have dinner. Once again the manager Will greeted us as we entered. Also the waiter Mac was a pleasure very personable. Food was good and staff and Will were fantastic A+ service. You won’t go wrong by stopping in here.

Mac at The Tavern!
Pros:

We had one of the best waiters of all times at the Westham Tavern. Mac was so attentive and personable, a reason to go back and stay at Omni Richmond Hotel! Thank you Mac for making it a memorable experience for us and our kids.

Pros:

Very clean, Valet team was extremely helpful and nice, room service for breakfast was perfect and reasonably priced.

Cons:

I called and was told my room was ready early; arrived and it was not ready for another 3 hours. This is not on the hotel, but it was disappointing none the less- I thought the smoothie shop and chick fil a would be open during my stay but it's only open M-F, closed on weekends. That caused us to have an issue getting food for our kids. Lastly, the pool room was freezing and the pool water was so cold, we could not enjoy it. The pool was the only reason I booked this hotel.

One of those disappointing experiences
Pros:

Stayed here for a competition weekend. I wish I could rate this higher but unfortunately the hotel experienced big problems with the cold weather. Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A were closed all weekend due to burst pipes I think. The restaurant did not adjust. We were given hours that were no longer valid and when we tried to order room service at another time no one answered the phone. The lobby was freezing due to being the weekend and the high open space with windows.
Front desk staff were kind and the only high point.
Never offered any compensation for the problems despite the high cost and expected amenities. We will likely be in the area next year for the same competition, and I wish I could book here but this was hugely disappointing.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Everything was great! Hotel was beautiful, Shawn was amazing driving us around on the Shuttle.

Coffee option for room was only dark roast or decaf. But other than that the stay was great.
