Nulla di particolare, solo Il servizio di pulizia che é entrato in camera alle 8.45 sapendo che la camera sarebbe stata lasciata per check out il giorno stresso.
La doccia del bagno potrebbe essere meglio gestita, la tendina di plastica stona un po' con la qualità dell'hotel

Employees were exceptional . Very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable.
I could hear the TV in the room next door . I was in room 606. I don’t know if the TV was just turned up ridiculously loud - or if the walls are just that thin . But it was like I was watching the movie with him. Neighbor turned the TV off about 10:00 pm - so it all worked out.

Very presentable and airy feel. Helpful staff and nice clean room. Bar area is large and comfortable and buffet breakfast excellent with lovely omelet station.
Pool is indoors and like a tropical jungle with humidity. Not for me unfortunately.

The hotel is in a great location!!! it was easy to drive to and walk around Richmond. The room was clean.
I didn't have trouble with the elevator, but I think there was only 1 working. The starbucks in the lobby wasn't open early in the morning.
