The staff was excellent and friendly, especially the valet contact and bar and tavern service.
Pros:

Valet, staff, provided written note for my daughter’s medical visit

Cons:

The noise level from heating cooling units in the building or from across the street (assuming these were the noise issues)

A great experience!
Pros:

The excellent service from all of the wait staff is second to none! From the discretion displayed at checkin to the welcome to return at checkout we felt like family. A special commendation goes to Sean as head waiter, he is the one to meet and who will introduce you to the Omni Richmond experience.
We came from Kentucky, and it was easy access to the hotel with valet service ready and waiting to accommodate you. We have always been impressed with the cleanliness, the refreshments and on occasion even complimentary ice cream. Yay!!!
By the way, it would be remiss not to mention the most comfortable beds you could possibly sleep in and all the restaurants and food stores right within the hotel, just all the things you need. This is our third stay:)

Need to follow up with booking.com. Very disappointed.
Cons:

Hotel did not have a record of my booking.com reservation. Had to pay for a room two times - once through booking.com and a second time at the hotel.

Lovely low key weekend
Pros:

I was there earlier this month with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party. It was a low key party, but they put lovely decorations in my room. Sean, one of their drivers was a gem. He picked up me and my friends during our last day lunch. He's very sweet and accommodating.
