Overall a great place
Pros:

Loved the property. Very nice

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned while we were there. In the second day I walked in to grab something while housekeeping was in there, she walked out and never came back.

Cons:

Уборка никакая, только застилали постель и меняли полотенца. Никакой влажной или сухой уборки. Мебель очень грязная, я на диван постелила полотенце, так и сидела . Грязный ковролин.

Clean and comfortable stay sadly ruined by very unpleasant late night check in staff

Rude check in staff late at night but comfortable beds and great breakfast

Cons:

Only the rude check in staff and noise at the back of the property even on a very high floor. Otherwise very clean and comfortable

One of Our Favorite Marriott Brands for a Reason
Pros:

It has been awhile since we stayed at a Westin. This stay reminded us what we like so much about the brand, the signature scent, super comfortable beds, a shower with great water pressure and White Tea bath products and a nice breakfast.

Almost everyone we encountered gave great service. My elite status was recognized with complementary breakfast, a food/drink credit at the bar, bonus points, a goodie bag, a glass of bubbles at checkin and a slightly upgraded room.

The decor is a bit dated but well maintained. It didn’t bother me. Parking is free and the location is good. Fort Lauderdale in general tends to be expensive with disappointing comfort and service. That definitely was not the case here. We found this Westin an excellent value and we would stay there again.

durante muchos anos viaje con mi familia a este hotel, tal vez en 6-7 ocasiones, nos fascinaba llegar ahi...
desde antes de Oandemia no iba y nos dio tristeza ver que lo han dejado caer.....nuestra habitacion 801 da asco la alfombra toda manchada y vieja, el sillon todo manchado y descolorido, los muebles viejos y 1 dia no nos hicieron la habitacion cuando llegamos tuvimos que pedir toallas pues ya no habia personal de housekeeping por Pascua, tuvimos que hacer la cama nosotros.....
