The gym was good. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was very good.
The price was a bit on the high side and the hotel rooms themselves do some updating

They did not have a room service menu at the room.
Called the front desk and they said I had to go down to front desk and pick it up.
Makes No sense as you want room service at the room.
Old hotel but clean.. Front desk staff were amazing.. Pool area was incredible
price was high for the point of not being real close to anything.. My husband tried to eat dinner at bar and was completely ignored several times so he left with no dinner. Beds were very soft!!!

Everything, the staff location and rooms was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and they even called to make sure that we settled in comfortably. Top of the line service I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone we will be staying there again. I love18 hours away and would drive there to just stay again in a heartbeat!!!
This facility is old and worn-down, and it shows. Linens are old and don't feel clean. It also took more than 10 minutes to accomplish a simple task when calling Westin on the phone: "please tell the hotel my flight is delayed and we'll be arriving very late." Incredibly frustrating.
Excellent birds, pillows and comforters. Enjoy the edged pillow cover design. Shower excellent vanity excellent chair in bedroom a bit low and modern.

The breakfast was good and the pool area waa really nice.
The rooms were outdated. Hotel waa also located quite far from everything and nothing was in a walking distance.
Not what we were expecting for the price. Hole and stains in carpet. No chair besides desk chair to sit in. Made if very uncomfortable
Pool area seemed like a resort! Coffee in the room, bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Free parking was a plus.
