Disappointed. I went there to get away (peace) due to an emergent situation

The hotel overall is nice. The entry, lounge,pool area, etc

Cons:

The mattress is was damaged. Felt like a hard wood or frame was stabbing me in my back. Guest above had children that were running around from 6 am.

Cons:

Problème de douche bouché, le problème devait être présent depuis longtemps suite à ça un technicien à résolu le problème (1h)
Mais après ça nous avons pu constater que la douche baignoire n'était vraiment pas très propre ( attention ceci ne vient pas du technicien qui a travailler très proprement)

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t quite what I expected. At first, the room seemed nice and clean, but after we showered, we noticed the floor behind the bathroom was very wet. At the time, we didn’t think much of it, but the next morning, my wife woke up coughing and sneezing. On top of that, we realized the room smelled like mold or damp carpets. I brought this up to the front desk and asked them to investigate. The maintenance staff confirmed signs of mold and that the room was in poor condition. Since we only stayed one night, the correct thing would have been not to charge us for that stay.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds, spacious room and lovely soaps and creams. Very nice biscuits at reception desk.

Cons:

I purchased fruit from Starbucks it was old and stale. I know this isn't directly the hotels issue but the standard should be the the same high standard.
