Pros:

The property itself is pretty nice. We LOVED the pool and hot tub and spent soooo much time there! The room was comfortable and spacious, the premises were clean, and most employees were very friendly.

Cons:

There were a few details that were a bit disappointing about this stay, but they might have been very specific to us and our room. For starters, the door of our room was broken, making it difficult to enter and also difficult to close/lock the door. I really think they should have fixed this before assigning that room to guests - not closing the door at night could be a safety concern. The room was also out of shampoo and conditioner when we moved in. Not the end of the world but, again, I think they should check details like this before guests move in. Finally, the front desk worker that we mostly talked to forgot everything that we asked her for, on multiple occasions.

Pros:

Bed, room size and bathroom facilities were good. Noisy location by lifts, ice dispenser and very thin cardboard walls lead to constant disruption and disturbance. Eating, dining facility and meals choices were well below what is expected.

Cons:

Its setting, grounds, clean foyer presentation. Lack of luggage assistance.

Stay was brief and largely comfortable apart from the overwhelming mildew smell on the 15th floor.
Pros:

The outdoor area was really nice with the pool and lagoon of the deck

Cons:

The higher floor smells of mildew and is extremely strong when the AC is blowing. Our bathroom appeared updated as compared to other reviews but the head board of the bed was damaged with poor repair and box spring ripping giving the room a dated and rundown appearance. These are unfortunate and unexpected oversights for the price point of this hotel.

Pros:

The Room was clean.

Cons:

No luggage carriers available in lobby. Asked for help to get cart, waited about 15 minutes with nobody getting the cart or letting us know what the issue was. We finally took 3 trips to the 8th floor just hauling up the luggage without a carrier/cart. It took us about an extra 30 minutes to get settled in due to this.
