Loved our stay - would do it again!
Pros:

Location: was an easy drive from the airport.
Atmosphere: we felt welcomed and comfortable.
Rooms: nicely appointed and comfortable.
Value: We were happy with our accommodation for what we needed - we stayed on both sides of our week elsewhere.
Cleanliness: can’t complain - it was very nice!
Noise level: we could not hear anything going on outside when in our room or in the restaurant.
Service: we were grateful for the service provided at the front desk by Julio R., Matthew & Nicole
Service in the restaurant both breakfast & dinner was great. Both Monica & Antonio were very attentive to our meals.
Amenities: Pool was great - warm & clean!

Jerricka at The Westin is a Real hospitality professional!
Pros:

This is my fourth time staying here. The service is always good but it was amazing this last time thanks to Jerricka at the Front desk! She was so friendly, warm and engaging. She also provided us with a ready room at 1pm and ensure we got our welcome champagne. I work as a Leader in hospitality and I was most impressed with her service. The room is always good and the hotel is very convenient for our travel needs. Thank you Jerricka for that warm authentic hospitality l!

The place was clean, quiet, and well appointed
Pros:

The convenience of room service, and an onsite restaurant on property were a significant value add. The dark out drapes were a plus, I can't wait to do a stay where I can just be still and rest you delivered on the rest factor 110 percent.

Cons:

There light was blown in the entry foyer, the bathroom lights for the general bathroom seemed to have a shortage, and the light flickered or sometimes just black out. THe toilet ram consistently and sometimes I had to lift the lid on the tank to see if the flap went back down.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, service during breakfast was good also.. pool site was great, plus had some iguanas as the main attraction at the pool.
I enjoy the fitness center which was also very organized and well equipped.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of having a room near the elevator.. never again, I asked for a switch up that never happened so I had to deal with it, plus a little issue with the sink, bathroom was a little bit small too.

Stay at Lauderdale Westin
Pros:

From the moment I stepped into the lobby of The Westin Lauderdale, I was thoroughly impressed with exceptional customer service, attention to detail security guard (older Gentleman/glasses - can’t remember his name my apologies) on duty and clear/concise Qs and As.

From the efficient front desk personnel(specifically Jerricka - apologies in advance for any spelling errors) to the attentive housekeeping (Ms Clarke or Britney), the associates were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to accommodate any request.

Overall, my stay at The Westin Lauderdale has been exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lauderdale /Broward County.

PopArt expo
Pros:

We came to the hotel for the Pop Art expo and decided to stay. Jerricka was amazing getting us checked in. We had no idea our stay would get us complimentary VIP tickets to the art expo. That was a great surprise. Also she gave our son a cookie and us some champagne to start our stay. She checked us in with great customer service. Our room was clean and big. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool area was big and clean. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Pros:

Was here on a business meeting and the hotel delivered everything it promised. On top of that the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. Jerricka went out of her way to accommodate us. She's an asset to your brand.
