Pros:

Walking into the D.T. I thought I walked into a beautiful palace. People were very helpful and friendly.

Food was delicious and bar area was great!!!

Amazing Cusomer Service and Support
Pros:

My freshman college daugher missed her flight and was traveling solo...The customer service , especially Kyra at the front desk was incredible...She made sure she found the shuttle, helped her check in and provided her all the assitance she needed .... Hotel gave us a late checkout for the next morning.... Kyra and the shuttle driver called to make sure my daugher was waiting for the shuttle in the right area (she was not).... My wife and I were to able to sleep knowing she was in good hands.....can't say enough thansk to Krya and her associates

I recommend this hotel when traveling the staff and service was amazing!

Pros:

The staff was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I was very grateful someone was there to check me in after midnight.

Cons:

The lotion was broken and the desk was a bit run-down for a Hilton. There wasn't a book about hotel amenities in the room. or paper or pen. I needed paper. It's free marketing for you guys! :)

Pleasant stay experienced during an unexpected stopover due to severe weather in Chicago,Friendly staff and comfortable
Pros:

Due to severe weather in Chicago, I found myself in Cincinnati for 20hours. The DoubleTree Hotel is next door to the terminal building, and can reached by the complimentary hotel bus or a short walk. To be honest I walked because if there is a queue for the bus, it’s much quicker.
The desk staff were very efficient even at 5 am and during the day were very helpful and accommodating.
My room was clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and fresh ( no mould or mildew around the shower). There was some airport noise but not excessive, and it wasn’t disturbing.
The coffee shop for breakfast was good, and the server was polite,friendly and efficient. Coffee and omelette was $24 or £18 but it was fresh and came with toast.
The Hotel itself was very tidy and well maintained, with all the public spaces well maintained and clean.
A good business area with seating is available.
I was very happy with my stay here before settling off on another flight.

If you want to feel special, this is the place!
Pros:

Robyn, one of the managers, greeted me at the front desk and made me feel like she had been working a double and I was the only person she’d helped in the last two days. The rest of the stay was just as welcoming. I’m grateful to and for Robyn and the unseen staff at Doubletree!

Exceptional (except for the restaurant)
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Booking.com didn't push through our booking to the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was able to make a call and sort it all out for us. She even upgraded our room for our troubles. I barely mentioned that we had a rental car to return and she organised the shuttle for us to pick us up and drop us off at the airport the next day. I didn't have to ask any questions because she'd answered them all before I could ask!

The bed was SO comfy, even comfier than the one at home.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant took way too long to prepare our - well, my - meal at dinner. My husband's meal took about an hour to come out, and mine took about two hours (I WISH I was exaggerating). I had to sit and watch him eat and finish his whole meal before mine even came out. The waitress was very apologetic and compensated us very generously. It was a nice meal, but not worth a 2h wait. Unfortunately, breakfast was the same, it took way too long to come out.
