Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect for us. Booking with Booking.com is always easy, breezy and never disappoints. Everyone was professional, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

I think they’re under some renovations, but looking forward to it being completed soon

Very bad
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Our toilet was not clean and when we complain they say they don’t have room service. We were promised a crib but were never given one. The staff doesn’t seem to care that we travelled with a baby and can’t even let us in one hour before check-in but the check-out time needs to be on or before time.

The stay was good other than the inconvenience of no TV and the inability to get a refund.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel lounge and restaurant were very clean, good food, great service and a good value.

Cons:

There was an issue with the cable company, and my room was part of block of rooms without tv service. The hotel was issuing refunds to those who booked directly, but since I booked through Booking.com, I could not get a refund. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged.

Since I've stayed before, location has cheapened into an IKEA/dorm showroom
Pros:

The bar/lounge has always been sufficient...good atmosphere, drinks and food. My parents would stay here years ago while visiting Philly and and bar hasn't changed. I last visited in 2019.

Cons:

As I said, my parents would stay there and were last there in 2019. Since then, the rooms look like someone has been shopping in IKEA. No disrespect since I have, but thats not what an adult wants in a room. Each room has a main light that shines right at the walkway into the room. My first room had nothing more than the main light in the walkway and a desk. I moved. The next room had An unadjustable desk lamp which doesnt give much lighting and a weird standing light that doesnt do much. With the shades down, you should still get sufficient lighting from your lamps. No actual cups or glasses like other hotels I've stayed at...the machines aren't Kuerig...oh, and NO CARPETTING or CURTAINS...JUST A HARD FLOOR tiny area rugs. The main chair in the room is made out of some weird rubber material.... This redesign is ridiculous....everything looks quickly put together. But...you can't cheapen accomadations and then charge what I'd pay at the Embassy Suites in King of Prussia or a Hyatt in NJ near NYC. I guess that's what happens when Choice Hotels takes over.

Exceeded My Expectations For Sure
Pros:

Overall 20/10! It was an amazing stay and we were very pleasantly surprised because the price was also good! Like the room was immensely beautiful and modern so clean it was just beautiful. We were so so comfortable, and we are generally very picky people honestly lol. Notable mention: THE STAFF!!!! Everyone was extremely kind, and genuinely so friendly and helpful. The bar staff was so amazing and kind, the front desk, the team at breakfast, it was amazing. Grateful for this stay!

Good hotel
Pros:

It’s definitely a good place. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The place is easy to find and parking lot is spacious and free. The receptionist is patient and helpful.

Cons:

My room looks a little old. The pad on my headboard was stuck by double sided tape. When I try to turn on lights, it fell off. That said, it is a minor issue, doesn’t matter actually.
