Pros:

The staff went above and beyond despite the hotel being full from a big conference. Our room was so spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Every person we spoke to was kind and smiling.

Thank You Valet Manager!
Pros:

Our stay at the Ft Worth Downtown Sheraton was Awesome!!
The Hotel Staff was knowledgeable- Kind and willing to help in any way!!
Sneh, the Valet Manager was exceptional!! The hotel was very busy this morning- Mary Kay Ladies coming in and the first group trying to check out!
He personally came up to our room and helped take bags down to my car- (All the carts were being used)
So Friendly!!! We so Appreciated him taking the time
And his “ AND THEN SOME” spirit!!
Thank you! Can’t wait to go back to Ft Worth

Cons:

Air conditioning vents need a thorough clean - dusty. Lack of Breakfast Buffet and very expensive cooked breakfast option! Buffet only on weekends.

Excellent hotel 10 minute walk to nearby shops and cafes.
Pros:

Rooms really big so clean and great bars and facilities! Highly recommend

Cons:

The location was just out of downtown so a good 10 minute walk to get to food cafes and restaurants.
It was really hot when there so punish of a walk just to grab a coffee but…. Free blue downtown bus and orange stock yard bus stop directly outside hotel which was handy in the heat!

Chris and his valet service
Pros:

I went for the daughters of the Republican convention and had a lovely time. Chris at the valet line was excellent and got my car with a speediness that was fantastic and he was kind and engaging.
