Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, super zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal.

Had a wonderful stay at Hauser Hotel in St. Moritz. The hotel was spotless, which made it feel immediately comfortable and well cared for. The staff truly stood out—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious comfort food that hit the spot after a day out. And the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of town and just a short walk to the lifts, making everything incredibly convenient.
A perfect choice for a cozy, easy, and enjoyable stay in St. Moritz.
There was nothing I didn’t like
Me encantó
Great location close to lift and to bars. Parking garage right next door.
Best location close to everything
It was perfect for the amount of stars it is rated
I love Hauser! We all know that the critical difference that distinguishes 4- or 5-star hotels is service. Hauser isn't a luxury destination but service is impeccable because they care enough to be thoughtful about the big and little things.
You have to know that it is more of a skiers/hikers hotel. There can be music, sort of the only centrally located après-ski element in St. Moritz. Younger travelers may love this, older traveler such as myself may not although I love it. Benedikt works at the front desk and waited an hour for my arrival, which was close to midnight (inconsiderate arrogant American, I know) to ensure that I was able to enter the property. The rooms are simple and clean. The restaurant on the bottom floor seems to be in demand and I would give them a 6 out of 10- but look at the restaurants that I review, the best of the best. In any event, if you can get a room there, by all means do.
I loved the staff esp benedikt. He is amazing , he sits at the front desk and catered to all my questions and inquiries.
He also recommended the best places to go to! He made the stay worthwhile honestly. I also loved the breakfast and location very central to everything! The hotel has like a bar you can enjoy with good music after your skiing
My room was super small honestly. i would recommend everyone to book the bigger room
The Hauser Hotel has an excellent location, and very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. We had a great time there, especially with the best apre ski Roo Bar located at the hotel
This hotel is centrally located, a 10 min walk from train station & a handy corner grocery store that was usually busy. The rooms were lovely with local pine furnishings. However, from 4-9 pm, the bar below played the loudest music (that could be heard blocks away) so it was impossible to rest, read, work, or take a nap in the room. My booking included breakfast which was excellent! In the restaurant, Ursula was welcoming and each morning, she remembered what kind of beverage guests preferred e.g. She had a caffé latte ready for me as I sat down!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, with everything just a short walk away. The ski lift is also very nearby, which was a huge plus for our skiing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — from the receptionists to the waiters and the cleaning staff, everyone made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a cozy environment. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was excellent, and our waiter was especially friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend!
The Hauser is the place to stay. The hotel, the staff, the location and the place to be for happy hour after a good day of skiing. Everyone will be there with high energy music. You will see the owners often. They are amazing. I’m coming back soon.
Location to the Corviglia lift and rental was key. Having a great Apres bar and restaurant were a big plus for both convenience and relaxation. Breakfast was solid but not overwhelming. Service was above average.
