Pros:

The reservation became impossible due to Storm Kristin, which devastated the central region of Portugal, leaving us without water, without electricity, and with severe damage to our home. The flight itself was cancelled without any penalty, clearly recognizing that this was a force majeure situation.

Despite this, the hotel refused any cancellation or alternative solution, rigidly applying its policy while completely ignoring the exceptional circumstances.

There was a clear lack of common sense, empathy, and responsibility in the face of a real calamity situation. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Travel and comfort.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, I traveled alone and had a comfortable and elegant room. The staff had the best service attitude. The hotel is very centrally located, easy to get around on foot or by taking the bus just across the street.

Its super load in the evening as they have apre ski downstairs untill 9 pm, you cant take a nap oder relax

No sauna or fitness

Really lously breakfast. Worst and littlest I saw

No cream, shampoo, etcs, water from bathroom is not strong enough for shower
