Pros:

I loved the staff esp benedikt. He is amazing , he sits at the front desk and catered to all my questions and inquiries.

He also recommended the best places to go to! He made the stay worthwhile honestly. I also loved the breakfast and location very central to everything! The hotel has like a bar you can enjoy with good music after your skiing

Cons:

My room was super small honestly. i would recommend everyone to book the bigger room

we hope to stay here again in the summertime and hike the beautiful mountains.
Pros:

The hotel is so well run and the staff are wonderful; kind, efficient and aim to please. The room was big and comfortable with a view of the snowcapped town. We loved all the families and the other guests who were there to ski or see the Olympics or just breathe in the beautiful air.

Decent enough, but loud
Pros:

Dominik (at the front desk) was great! He was very helpful and friendly!!!
The room was much nicer than expected (was expecting a step-up from a hostel, and it was actually decent).
Location is great in the middle of town.
It is not a quiet hotel. There is an apres-ski DJ party at the restaurant that makes it impossible to get quiet in the room before 9:30pm (when the DJ stops).
The included breakfast was not very good. Not much available and the staff is unfriendly.

Perfect stay, fully recommend it!
Pros:

Amazing location with an apres just down the stairs. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel is located just couple mins walk from the lift. Will be back for sure!

Great Spot in Heart of St. Moritz Dorf
Pros:

We really enjoyed our experience at Hauser Hotel from Feb. 8 - 14, 2026.

We were in 2 x comfort single rooms which were perfect for my adult daghter and I. Small but very confortable and had every amenity we needed. Very close to the St. Moritz–Corviglia funicular and in very center of St. Moritz Dorf for restaurants ans shopping.

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the breaksfast was a perfect start to each day. The Roo Bar is also great for an after ski drink!

Hauser is a great choice for your trip.

Nice hotel but low budget towels and shampoo.
Pros:

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable but the towels were terrible, thin and scratchy, very poor quality. Also a combination body wash and shampoo was terrible. For a hotel in st moritz this seemed very low budget.
