No son detallistas con los pedidos especiales del cliente, yo mencione muchas veces que era el cumpleaños de mi esposa tenia todo acordado y no cumplieron con los tiempos de lo acordado...tuve que reclamar, pero lo solucionaron.

Pas à la hauteur d’un four seasons

La chambre était grande belle salle de bain

Cons:

Le hall d’accueil : aucun charme. Pas digne d’un étoiles. Il faut faire la queue pour le check in et les bagages ne sont pas apportés dans la chambre. le bruit entre les chambres. Ne ressemble pas à un four seasons

El hotel es espectacular. La habitación muy cómoda, excelente gym, linda piscina. Gran atención. Buena ubicación cerca a todo con muchos restaurantes buenísimos cerca.

Cons:

El último día estuvieron taladrando y martillando desde las 10am. Pero se entiende que en un hotel tienen que hacer refacciones.
