Hotel bello e accogliente, con posizione eccezionale: in centro storico a Sintra.

Posizione perfetta sia per visitare il centro di Sintra, sia come punto da cui partire con le visite dei parchi e dei palazzi.
La vista dalla zona cena e colazione è incredibile, si possono vedere sia Quinta da Regaleira e Biester Palace.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.
A colazione erano presenti delle opzioni vegane.
La struttura è un po’ datata, penso che con qualche ristrutturazione potrebbe meritare punteggi molto più alti.

Beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent central location! The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, right in the heart of everything. The street outside is a lively, pedestrian-filled area, and though there was some construction going on at the front of the building during our stay, it did not affect us at all. Our room was situated at the back overlooking the rear, which kept it incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean, offering stunning views. The staff are super friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not eat breakfast here, but the dining area looked very inviting. We had a wonderful stay!
Was very clean, right in the city center, close to everything. Staff was very pleasant.
The directions to get to the hotel are a bit challenging.

Ubicación en el centro histórico, cerca de todo para visitar y moverte en transporte público sin tener que utilizar tú propio vehículo. Buen desayuno.
El arreglo de habitación lo hacían bastante tarde, con lo que a veces llegabas a última hora de la mañana y no estaba arreglada y limpia.
La ubicación excepcional y el trato recibido muy amable y servicial. Respecto a los servicios del hotel fantástico, y sobre todo el agua con limón de la recepción y el desayuno tipo buffet. Repetiría la experiencia.
