Excelente hotel com falhas do staff
Pros:

(Respondido pelo segundo quarto Marco Antônio Mattivi Oliveira)Quarto amplo com sacada com vista e com muito lugar para malas. Água como boas vindas reposta diariamente. Banheiro grande e com todo o necessário. A vista do restaurante é maravilhosa, o que nos convida a fazer as refeições.

Cons:

Estava assistindo um jogo e outro hóspede solicitou a troca de canal e o barman atendeu sem me consultar, fiquei estarrecido com a falta de educação. Café da manhã com suco industrializado e somente um atendente meio atrapalhado, deixando de repor os itens faltantes. No checkout não nos foi oferecido transporte à estação mesmo que por pagamento, apenas indicaram a direção e baixaram a cabeça para seus afazeres.

Hotel moderno, quartos confortáveis e com uma vista linda. Funcionários super prestáveis e a localização é fantástica.

Cons:

Podiam ter limpo o quarto depois do pequeno-almoço, mas começaram as limpezas muito cedo e ainda estávamos a usar o quarto.

Pros:

The location of the hotel could not have been better. The staff were excellent and very helpful in arranging a taxi to the Palace. Incidentally the taxi driver was a fount of knowledge and really enhanced our experience. The recommendation of a good local restaurant was very welcome and accurate.

Cons:

Whilst we did not eat dinner in the hotel the food for others was served in the bar which did not seem appropriate for the standard of hotel. Perhaps in the main season the restaurant would be used.

One twin bed was not super comfortable. The check in clerk forgot to tell us about the complementary tea/coffee/waters.
