Dos funcionários, da localização. O pequeno almoço era bom.

Cons:

As cortinas de blackout não fecham totalmente, por isso assim que nasce o dia torna-se impossível dormir.
No lavatório da casa de banho havia pasta de dentes seca.
As almofadas são muito baixas.

Great stay with amazing views and 2 minutes from downtown Sintra.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Parking behind the building was possible without paying but very tricky. The view was amazing and it was very quiet.

Cons:

The pillows were not good. Only an espresso maker with 2 coffee pods per day.

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to main attractions of Sintra. Nice view of the valley. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Small yet well equipped gym.

A localização mesmo no centro é uma mais valia deste hotel.
A vista da varanda do piso da recepção é fabulosa.

Cons:

O hotel apresenta sinais nitidos de envelhecimento e merecia uma remodelação nos espaços comuns e, especialmente, nos quartos.
O cheiro no corredor que dava para o quarto não era agradável.
O preço a pagar pelo nível de conforto proporcionado não apresenta um bom custo-benefício. Vale apenas pela localização. O Hotel é de 4 estrelas mas mais facilmente o indentificaria como um 3 estrelas.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedurfte einer Renovierung. Die Parkgebühr im Aussenbereich ist mit € 25 pro Tag vielzu hoch.

I can’t think of a single thing they could have done better. Will stay here again for sure!
Pros:

The VIEWS, the convenient location, the atmosphere, food and staff were exceptional. We had been on the go (hard) for a few weeks already and this was our relax and enjoy time and it was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff helped us a number of times and the restaurant was very good too. Hotel breakfast is a great option to start off.

Fantastic location for Sintra stay
Pros:

Great location in hilly Sintra. Sintra is beautiful and worth visiting, staying at NH Sintra was super convenient as it was a 10min walk to Quinta Reguleira and a 9 euro uber ride to Pena Palace. Best time to go 4.30pm session as it was not so crowded. Parking in their garage was 25euro well worth it for the convenience. Did not have breakfast included as we preferred to eat out at local cafes. Very nice hotel with excellent views.

Cons:

Reception staff were efficient, transactional but not overly friendly.
