Gute Lage, ruhige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, funktional, aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vollkommen akzeptabel, aber nicht unbedingt der Standard, den ich von NH gewohnt bin. Dennoch eine klare Empfehlung, das Hotel zu buchen.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait

Cons:

En raison de travaux devant l'hôtel il a été très difficile d'y accéder 😏
Forte odeur d'égoûts dans SDB.
Mais le personnel très à l'écoute nous a de suite changé de chambre 😃 Bravo 👏 👏

Central e ótima opção.
Pros:

Quarto de bom tamanho, limpo. colchão bom. Tinha água de cortesia no quarto. Possibilidade de sair para passear e refeições sem precisar movimentar o carro.

Bon emplacement pour visiter Sintra
Pros:

Hôtel un peu ancien mais bien situé pour visiter Sintra, avec une literie correcte et un petit-déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

L’accès au garage et aux places de parking est très difficile, tout comme la route d’accès

Servicio cafetería cero por falta personal. Pedí a las 21:15 algo de comer y contesta que solo sirve bebida pues se tiene que ir para atender un evento

Cons:

Baño con perdida de agua , falta mantenimiento .personal cafetería cero. Amabilidad en general la justa.

A very nice upmarket hotel centrally located in Sintra
Pros:

Once we had arrived at the hotel we were very happy with the room, the terrace we had booked and breakfast on the second morning. We did not eat otherwise at the hotel as our preference is to eat outside wherever we are staying.

Cons:

Access to the hotel by car was a nightmare. We used our vehicle’s Sat Nav which did get us to the back of the hotel and the ca4 park entrance but (mistakenly) as we could no5 access we carried on through streets that were very, very narrow with sharp curves. I think roadworks had closed some narrow access roads to the hotel which google was not aware of. Only issue for the hotel was the QR cosmetic sent but What’s App did not open the bollard controlling access to the historic centre
