Une belle nuit dans Sintra pour nous.
Pros:

La proximité des attractions. La propreté des lieux. Le café offert

Cons:

Les odeurs trop fortes de sent bon à l’entrée des ascenseurs. La peinture des murs de la chambre de devrait être rafraîchie. Chambre 605.

Excellent location but hotel needs updating.
Pros:

The location was excellent to the main square. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Convenient to catch a taxi or bus. Nice stroll to walk to the Peña Palace. You can see the Moorish fort above from the bar windows and balcony.

Cons:

The room and hotel public areas need renovation. They are old and you can see water damage when waiting for the elevator.

Ik had het hotel uitgekozen op basis van rolstoel vriendelijkheid.
Dit valt tegen, al compenseert de behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel dit grotendeels

O estacionamento privativo foi decisivo na nossa escolha, mas tudo, a localização perfeita e o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, completaram a nossa ótima experiência. Recomendamos que os hóspedes não se esqueçam de contatar o hotel antes da chegada para obter informações precisas da localização do hotel e o QR Code que permite a entrada na área reservada do centro da cidade.

Solid accommodation choice in the old town for a short visit to Sintra
Pros:

The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of the old town. Complimentary water was provided and a Nespresso machine with the pods (and water) replaced daily. We had a room with a small balcony which was nice as we like fresh air at night and it had a great view. We faced the back of the property so apart from a few noisy scooters, it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful though gave us the wrong key code to our room to start with but were most apologetic. We did not eat in the hotel. Breakfast seemed expensive. Beware though there were few places open early to buy breakfast close by.

Cons:

The shower over the bath was very slippery. As tea drinkers, Nespresso machines rather than a jug are annoying but very typical these days. Apologies we neglected to take a photo of the room on arrival so it's with our mess.

ottima posizione, buona colazione ma qualche riserva per chi ha il cane
Pros:

La posizione è in pieno centro, con parcheggio gratuito (a pagamento) proprio davanti all'hotel. Accettano i cani (in camera si trova un kit per i nostri amici con cuccia e due ciotole).

Cons:

I cani sono accettati, ma come in molti hotel portoghesi non è consentito l’accesso alla sala colazione. Tuttavia, in altre strutture viene normalmente prevista un’area dedicata, con tavoli nelle vicinanze, dove è possibile consumare la colazione insieme al proprio cane in tranquillità.
In questo hotel, invece, siamo stati costretti a fare colazione su un piccolo tavolino posizionato davanti agli ascensori, in una zona di passaggio dove le persone sostano in attesa. Una soluzione decisamente poco piacevole.
L’unica alternativa proposta era consumare la colazione in camera: una scelta scomoda, che comunque ci avrebbe impedito di stare insieme agli altri membri della famiglia e di godere appieno dell’esperienza della colazione in hotel, che dovrebbe essere un momento di relax e varietà, non qualcosa da improvvisare riempiendo un piatto e portandolo via. L'ho fatto presente al momento del pagamento del conto.
