Im Großen und Ganzen ganz für eine Nacht, OK.

Sauber, Tiefgaragenparkplatz (25€).
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Wasserdruck war ideal.
Kaffeemaschine und Minibar waren vorhanden.
Einrichtung vom Zimmer: sehr minimal.

Cons:

Im Zimmer 220 ist ein Dauergeräusch( brummen) von 45 dB zu hören. Das könnte für manche störend empfunden werden.
Duscharmatur war undicht.

Kettenhotel in hervorragender Lage im Touristenort Sintra
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral im alten Ortskern von Sintra. Vom Hotel aus ist der Ort sehr gut zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Nationalpalast ist gegenüber in direkter Nähe. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dem Hügel können mit Touristenbussen oder Taxis/Tuk Tuks erreicht werden. Die große Terrasse des gebuchten Zimmers erlaubte eine gute Sicht auf das Castelo dos Mouros.

Das Hotelpersonal ist überwiegend sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Manager on Duty hat uns sehr gut unterstützt bei den Schwierigkeiten auf dem hoteleigenen Abstellplatz an der Straße vor dem Hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und es wurde ständig frisch nachgelegt.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war sauber.

Das Hotel würde ich wieder wählen, aber dann mit dem Taxi anreisen.

Cons:

Die Raumeinteilung des gebuchten Zimmers ist nicht optimal. Das Bad ist klein. Wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers roch es muffig.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war ein zeitaufwendiges Abenteuer. Die Einfahrt in den alten Ortskern ist blockiert und kann über einen QR-Code Leser freigegeben werden. Der QR-Code, den wir vom Hotel bekamen, funktionierte nicht. Nach Telefonaten wurde dann endlich die Einfahrt manuell freigegeben.

Trotz Navi und der Anfahrt-Beschreibung des Hotels wurde der Eingang zu der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage nicht gefunden, diese ist zwar im gleichen Gebäude, aber in der Straße unterhalb der Hotelzufahrt. Um die Hotelzufahrt zu erreichen, mussten wir in der falschen Richtung eine Einbahnstraße durchfahren. In die richtige Richtung der Einbahnstraße konnte man zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht fahren, da dieser Zugang gesperrt war. Das Navi wollte uns an dieser Stelle über den Berg führen. Genervt stellten wir den Leihwagen dann auf dem hoteleigenen Stellplatz vor dem Hotel ab. Dieser kostete 25 Euro pro Tag!!!

Am letzten Tag mussten wir feststellen, dass eine Straßenbaufirma nicht nur den Zugang zu der Einbahnstraße teerte, sondern auch unseren Leihwagen, der vermeintlich sicher auf dem Hotelparkplatz stand. Die eine Seite des Autos war voller Teerflecken. Mit Unterstützung des Managers on duty des Hotels und der Polizei reinigte die Straßenbaufirma den Leihwagen, was mit einem Spezialreinigungsmittel erfolgreich gelang.

Precios abusivos, hotel sucio y recepcionista muy poco profesional.
Pros:

Las vistas desde la terraza del bar, las de mi habitación daban al parking donde había una obra bastante ruidosa.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato de la recepcionista, poco profesional por no decir otra cosa.
Tampoco me gustó que me cobraran 25 euros por aparcar en la CALLE enfrente del hotel, me pareció un abuso.
Nos cobraron sin decirnos en el check in que cobraban por aparcar en la calle, la sorpresa fue en el check out.
El hotel está antiguo y sucio, los sacos de la ropa de cama sucia en los pasillos de un día para otro,los cristales sucios , en el espejo del baño se reflejaba la suciedad que había debajo del lavabo.
Y para colmo ,la habitación daba al parking y había una obra que empezó a dar golpes a las 8 de la mañana .
Pero realmente lo que más nos molestó fue la señora de recepción a la que le vendría bien que alguien le enseñara cómo hay que tratar a los clientes .
Páganos casi 200 euros por una noche y a las 8 de la mañana nos tuvimos que levantar porque el ruido de la obra era insoportable.
No lo recomiendo, es el peor hotel donde me he alojado en todo el viaje a Portugal.
La cadena NH era de mis preferidas fuera de España pero creo que no volveré a alojarme en ella.
