Excellent location for exploring, eating, drinking and entertainment.
The hotel was clean, lovely and spaceous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location with most things close by. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. They were cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

This was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The family room was nothing like the website pictures. We were duped. The bathroom walls were covered in mold. The bathroom window trim was rotting. The air conditioning didn’t work. It never got below 78 degrees. It was like sleeping in a sauna. The front desk wouldn’t help or assist. None of the family rooms face the street, they all face the alleyway. The ceilings felt like they were 5’ tall. Staying in a family room is a perfect way to ruin a trip to Paris.

Great hotel and great location for a family stay. We were able to book a family room for a decent price and it was a great size for a city hotel. Ishara at the hotel took the time to chat with us and help make recommendations every time we saw him. He and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help us and our young kids. Highly recommend for a city break with family

Located in the heart of things this is a very nice clean place to stay. The staff is attentive and breakfast is plenty. If you are lucky, Ishara will be there to assist with any questions and give spot on suggestions. He was pleasantly helpful and showed genuine care about us. Although the street noise can be loud at times this hotel is well worth the stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel! Great location with metro right outside and many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel of a great standard- spotlessly clean- comfortable room and bed - excellent staff . Breakfast okay- hot food could be hotter! Would definitely stay here again . Well done to all the team!!!

We have just recentiy stayed here at hotel paris opera which was a christmas present for my daughter who also turns 13 on the 8th February 2026.
The staff couldn't do enough for us especially Baina and Monica who made the trip extra special by leaving balloons and macaroons for my daughters birthday.
The hotel is very central and within walking distance of the main attractions.
It was a little noisy at night but what can you expect being cental in a busy popular place like Paris
Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from.

Ishaea made this one of the best trips we have been on. This Hotel was very clean thecrooms were very spacious compared to others we have stayed in. Ishara is extremely helpfulfuk, he really knows the area, has great suggestions. The hotel has a good breakfast and is very well kept and uo to date. Thank you Ishara.

I think there’s a reason they don’t advertise the single rooms. It was tiny. Shoebox. And not cheap. And the cleaners really let this place down sadly.
The location is close to La Fayette, walk distance to Montmarte and two train stations making it easy to get around. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
But the room was hot- and very small. Even with a single bed. The cleaners never replaced water or the tea, or vacuumed. And at least three times left the window in the room open when i was out (which didn’t feel very safe with my belongings).

Staff friendly and helpful. It was in a good position for our adventures
