Pros:

The location was brilliant, right next to the metro stop and with local restaurants and bakers. The staff were very friendly with a good all round breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street on the weekend can be noisy, but this is expected due to its location.

Everything was EXCELLENT ‼︎
Pros:

My wife, her mother, and I stayed here.
First of all, the location is fantastic. It's right in front of a metro station, which was incredibly convenient. There's also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get anywhere.
Furthermore, the staff were all incredibly kind. I'm especially grateful to ISHARA.
We stayed on a plan that included breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
Next time I go to Paris, I will definitely stay here again.
Atmosphere, room, cleanliness, and noise level were all excellent.

Excellent value
Pros:

Great location: lots of excellent restaurants nearby, walking distance to sites and museums. Breakfast is fabulous. What really makes it are the staff, who are friendly, knowledgeable and many are multilingual - Ishara (concierge) is very helpful

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring, eating, drinking and entertainment.
The hotel was clean, lovely and spaceous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location with most things close by. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. They were cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Nightmare family experience
Pros:

This was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The family room was nothing like the website pictures. We were duped. The bathroom walls were covered in mold. The bathroom window trim was rotting. The air conditioning didn’t work. It never got below 78 degrees. It was like sleeping in a sauna. The front desk wouldn’t help or assist. None of the family rooms face the street, they all face the alleyway. The ceilings felt like they were 5’ tall. Staying in a family room is a perfect way to ruin a trip to Paris.

Great hotel and great location for a family stay. We were able to book a family room for a decent price and it was a great size for a city hotel. Ishara at the hotel took the time to chat with us and help make recommendations every time we saw him. He and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help us and our young kids. Highly recommend for a city break with family

Nice hotel with a nice staff

Located in the heart of things this is a very nice clean place to stay. The staff is attentive and breakfast is plenty. If you are lucky, Ishara will be there to assist with any questions and give spot on suggestions. He was pleasantly helpful and showed genuine care about us. Although the street noise can be loud at times this hotel is well worth the stay.

Gem in the heart of Paris
Pros:

Would highly recommend this hotel! Great location with metro right outside and many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel of a great standard- spotlessly clean- comfortable room and bed - excellent staff . Breakfast okay- hot food could be hotter! Would definitely stay here again . Well done to all the team!!!
