Bad experience ! We are robbed inside the room . The staff opened our safe and took money and a piece of jewelry.

We were robbed inside our room. They opened the safe and stole our belongings without breaking down the entrance door. It was certainly a member of the cleaning staff or someone with a key or access to the room. They stole cash and a piece of jewelry. The hotel staff offered us no support, even though they surely knew who had entered the room. They didn't investigate. We exchanged several emails with the Meliá chain, but they didn't provide any reimbursement—not even for the nights we had paid for. In short, be careful with this hotel; the safe isn't secure. They opened the safe using a USB port—something we discovered existed only after the theft. It’s a criminal ring. We pay for the hotel, and then we get robbed inside our room; it is absolutely outrageous that they refuse to take any responsibility.

Dieses schlechte Zimmer - nie wieder .
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und das Personal.

Cons:

Fenster zum Innenhof mit Blick auf einen Lüfter der extrem laut war .(Zimmer 209 ).Das Bett war zur Seite geneigt ,so das man Mühe hatte Nachts nicht rauszurollen .Kein Stauraum für Koffer ohne den Laufweg zu blockieren .Der Lüfter der Klimaanlage klappert.

Melia no puede permitirse hoteles come este
Pros:

El trato y el amabilidad del personal. Es lo único que destacaría como positivo de la estancia, a parte la ubicación.

Cons:

El hotel está muy viejo sobre todo las habitaciones. La moqueta en particular está en un estado lamentable. El ruido del patio interior donde se ubican los aires es elevadisimo. Lo mismo ocurre con el aire acondicionado dentro la habitación. Todo el mobiliario está viejo.

Horrible room at 6 floor.
Pros:

We booked the hotel for its location and price; furthermore, we took into account that it is a Meliá—a renowned hotel chain in our eyes. The hotel staff was generally very friendly and responsive. The problem was the room. We were placed in an attic room that was exposed to direct sunlight all day long. The air conditioning couldn't bring the temperature down below 30°C; we reported the issue several times, and although staff came to inspect it, they failed to resolve it. They simply brought us a fan and a bucket of ice. With a heatwave gripping Paris at the time, getting any rest was nearly impossible. We requested a room change, but were told that none were available. Furthermore, the condition of the room—as well as the hallway leading to it—was abysmal: the carpets were stained and foul-smelling, and the exposed wooden ceiling beams appeared to be in disrepair. Upon checking out, we requested a discount to compensate for this situation, but were told that it was not possible.
