Das Bett hat stark gequietscht, das Frühstück war bescheiden und das Restaurant hatte nicht auf (dauerhaft geschlossen. Für ein Hotel in dem preissegment enttäuschend.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer funktional und sehr gut klimatisiert, trotz 40 Grad Hitze.
Super netter Service.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 15 Uhr besetzt. Um 17 Uhr streikte meine Zimmerkarte und es dauerte über 1 Std. Bis mich jemand ins Zimmer ließ, allerdings konnte die Karte nicht reaktiviert werden. Ergo war ich faktisch im Zimmer eingesperrt, weil ich ja nicht mehr rein gekommen wäre.
Frühstück war ok, aber nicht angemessen für 4 Sterne.

Perfekt, mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen .
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, vom Tresor bis hin zum herrlichen ( so doof es auch klingt ) Duschkopf.
Den haben wir gleich für zu Hause bestellt. Die Art und Weise wie das Gebäude klimatisiert wird ist herrlich. Es muss toll sein für einen Arbeitgeber so nettes Personal zu haben , für die Gäste sowieso. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Check-in war unterirdisch.
Man kommt an, Hotel verschlossen. Man klingelt, es wird ein Code für den Zugang übermittelt und der Hinweis auf ein Kuvert. Keine besetzte Rezeption.
Im Kuvert die Zugangskarte mit Zimmernummer. Ein dürftiges Schreiben mit QR-Code. Das wars!!! Dann such dich mal durch, denkst du dir.

Eher 3 Sterne Hotel mit dieser schlechten Qualität

Wir waren von diesem Hotel leider sehr enttäuscht. Für ein Hotel, das als 4-Sterne-Hotel angeboten wird, haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Das Frühstück war von sehr schlechter Qualität. Der Fleischaufschnitt wirkte wie günstige Discounterware statt hochwertiger Produkte vom Metzger. Auch der Käse war billig und das Brot war nicht frisch, sondern offenbar nur aufgetaut. Die Früchte waren teilweise alt und nicht mehr frisch.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns erst bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde, dass es weder Mittagessen noch Abendessen im Hotel gibt. Auch die Bar war geschlossen. Diese Informationen waren bei der Buchung auf Booking nicht ersichtlich. Stattdessen wurden wir für sämtliche Mahlzeiten in Restaurants außerhalb des Hotels geschickt. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.

Zusätzlich war an der Rezeption häufig niemand verfügbar. Telefonanrufe wurden nicht beantwortet, und es war oft schwierig, jemanden zu erreichen.

Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel unserer Meinung nach eher einem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Wenn Restaurant, Bar und ein zuverlässiger Rezeptionsservice nicht angeboten werden, sollten die Preise deutlich niedriger sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht, und als Gast fühlt man sich nicht besonders willkommen. Daher können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
