The hotel was in a good location. The hotel receptionist named Daniel was very courteous and customer service oriented. He went above and beyond.
Some of the staff were dismissive and did not address concerns. The carpet on the room was filthy, and the room needed updating. The creamer in the room was old and sour, there was dust on the lampshades etc.
I like that the front desk was very nice. When I was checking in and checking out. I like that the bed was so big.
I didn't like the shower. I was nervous about slipping in the shower.
Had to ask for tissues.
After checking out, Had to go back into the hotel to get ticket to leave garage.
staff was super nice checking in was super fast room was clean at first I was hesitating on booking base on the reviews but Im glad I did it was better than the Marriott I must say
