Pros:

Gorgeous and historic location in Nob Hill. Rooms were tidy, clean, and well-kept. Staff was friendly and nice. The building is beautiful.

Cons:

It's in a very hilly location, which makes it hard to simply "walk around" or drive around just because it can be difficult. The closest public transport method is the cable car, which isn't exactly cheap!

The elevators were a little old. I had experiences with the elevators skipping my stop altogether or bypassing the lobby completely even though I pressed the correct buttons.

Also, the toilet in the bathroom was very outdate and so hard to flush. You really had to press and hold DOWN on the flusher.

Personal and location was great.

Cons:

Their swimming pool was on renovation but they didn’t mention that clearly so my swimming suit wasn’t used there and bath collect water on feet when you take shower some hair was founded after someone on my supposed to be fresh towel. And toilet didn’t flash easy. I feel sad about it.

Was not clean. The elevator is not clean. They did not have enough carts. The floors could be cleaner place needs to be updated.

Don't do it.
Pros:

I will not recommend this hotel. Whatever the hotel or websites quote you for a price, realize that it will be at least $25 more due to the fact that the hotel will charge you that amount to park in their garage that they own. This additional charge is not discussed until you check in. The elevator that brings you from the garage to the lobby looks as though it houses the homeless. Blaring music in the lobby when we were checking in. They advertise a pool but that was shut down and not usable. We were told complimentary coffee in the morning only to be told that it ends at 8 AM. They charge you for a cup of coffee after 8. The only bright spot in our entire stay was that the bed was comfortable.
