Do yourself a favor and avoid.
Pros:

A nightmare in more ways than one. First room had had a bed that was like sleeping on a concrete park bench and dust mites so bad that my sinuses swelled up and I had to breathe through my mouth. They gave me another room which had a complete hotel evacuation into 19° weather TWICE. I gave up and just left.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Stamford!
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located — truly in proximity to everything. Restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are all within easy reach, which made getting around incredibly convenient.

What really surprised me were the hotel’s hidden gems inside. The on-site bar and banquet/event spaces add so much value and character to the property, making it great not just for overnight stays but also for gatherings and special occasions.

The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Every interaction reflected excellent customer service skills — friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The updated décor, comfortable bedding, and overall cleanliness really stood out.

Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, comfort, and service. Whether you’re visiting Stamford for business, leisure, or an event, this property delivers quality, convenience, and hospitality all in one place.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Very nice staff, but mgmt is pinching Pennie’s unnecessarily
Pros:

Staff helped me find parking for our van!

Cons:

$80, or was it 85, for our dog seemed steep. And complementary coffee in the am only from 5-8 seemed unnecessarily stingy

Dirty wouldn't stay again. Not worth the money.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

There was a bad odor in the hotel. Mostly the lobby. It was dirty - especially the bathroom with hairs in the sink and floor. Broken handles. Marks and scuffs on the walls as well as them being dirty. The elevator carpet was also dirty. The equipment in the fitness center was broken. The TV wasn't working and it took over an hour and two calls for someone to come. Lastly, the phone cord was missing so we could only use the speaker.
