Very nice staff, but mgmt is pinching Pennie’s unnecessarily
Pros:

Staff helped me find parking for our van!

Cons:

$80, or was it 85, for our dog seemed steep. And complementary coffee in the am only from 5-8 seemed unnecessarily stingy

Dirty wouldn't stay again. Not worth the money.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

There was a bad odor in the hotel. Mostly the lobby. It was dirty - especially the bathroom with hairs in the sink and floor. Broken handles. Marks and scuffs on the walls as well as them being dirty. The elevator carpet was also dirty. The equipment in the fitness center was broken. The TV wasn't working and it took over an hour and two calls for someone to come. Lastly, the phone cord was missing so we could only use the speaker.

This hotel desperately needs a facelift.
Pros:

The room did what it needed to do for a one-night stay. Only quickly interacted with the front desk staff but everyone seemed friendly.

Cons:

If I was staying for more than one night I think I would have said something to the hotel staff. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off the walls, there were questionable stains on the walls, and not sure if we were in a "smoking" wing of the hotel but it definitely smelled like cigarette smoke. There was also something weirdly duct taped to the door, no clue what it was.

Beware of smoking in room by previous occupant
Pros:

Very safe location and hotel. I saw high school sports teams and airline workers staying there which made it seem safe. Also, room was very clean. I was upgraded to the 10th floor since they didn't have an updated room for me upon request.

Cons:

It seemed that a former occupant of my room was smoking in there against the rules and the room still had an odor or cigarettes. There was an air purifier in the room, which should have tipped me off, but I could still smell the odor. I was only there one night so I dealt with it. Next time I will change rooms. Room somewhat outdated and needed some repairs (dresser knob missing, some wallpaper peeling). I'd still stay there again.

Will not stay here again. Staff was nice but just the rooms were not great. Giving hourly motel vibes
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Very old and not taken care of. Bathroom was falling apart. Tub was dirty. Water was leaking from the bathroom sink. The toilet was leaking all night. Plus the tv didnt work. Needs a new upgrade asap
