Worst hotel stay I’ve had.
Pros:

Not much to like. Other than it was a place to sleep.

Cons:

Staff was not helpful and acted as if I was a burden upon check in. Front desk lady would not tell me where my room was when I asked. Most of the lights did not work and there were multiple holes in the walls.

The outside door that led you into the building wasn't working.So anybody could come in
When we first got in there , it was smelling really
musty
There was still some trash lift in one of the trash can
For breakfast, it was okay coffee machine on both days was not working correctly. I even heard one of the other visitors telling the clerk.Tell the owner to buy a new coffee machine.
Nobody was really cleaning up or refiling the food we had to keep getting up and going to the front desk and waiting for the Receptionist or the front desk clerk to come back and fix whatever issues we had with the breakfast
if I had known we could hear the train at night, I wouldn't have booked there.
There was a light in the room if we turned it on.It kept flickering off and on , so of course , once we saw that we never turned it back on , we were scared , it would Short out

Will not stay or recommend this facility to anyone
Pros:

It was dirty and the staff wasn’t helpful. I had an emergency and left a day early and didn’t receive at least a prorated return payment.

Pros:

NOTHING, THIS PLACE WAS DIRTY AND TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Cons:

Up on arrival beds were dirty, changed room, this room was even worse, asked to cancel employee was mocking me. It was horrible, multiple people trying to cancel that night.

To high for the crappy room
Pros:

The bed was nice and firm .

Cons:

It was dirty. There was old coffee wasted near the sink. There were cracked tiles and ashes near the night stand of a no smoking room. There were wasp in the hallways and stains all over the couch . I met one maid that actually talked to us and apologized but heck the tv didn’t even work .

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good location. Near JBSH. Easy drive to SAT.. Good air conditioning indide the room.

Cons:

Hotel needed maintanence. Dirty. Staff not helpful. Freezer needed defrosting, while fridge never cold enough. Had to purchase an ice chest. Toilet flush mechanism broken.

I would not stay again.

Cons:

Room smelled extremely moldy. Staff refused to to give us extra towels. Would not empty trash or pickup used towels. Stay at your own discretion. I want stay again.

We did not stay. We asked for a refund due to not even being there for 30 minutes but were denied.
Pros:

Nothing really. The bed was very close to the door which did not lock properly. The latch was extremely loose, my husband tried to tighten the screws, which were so loose he could use his finger and it still would not tighten. The door would not close completely. It felt very unsafe to stay with there with our daughter.

Pros:

The stay was amazing but the property itself was not clean and it had roach infestation. While I was occupying the room a pest control person walked in the knock while unlocking the door. I saw 3 roachs myself.
