Pros:

Location and room were very nice and clean.

Cons:

Night staff was pretty rude and gave an attitude. They were almost unwilling to help out a customer. Customer service was poor.

Great spot, great staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. I asked to be moved away from the traffic noise & they were able to accommodate and we're so kind about it. Then we needed to extend one more night and they made it so easy.

Cons:

Being right by the freeway, it's super loud on one side.

This hotel met all our needs. The staff is friendly, bed & pillows very comfortable, great location.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, with moldable pillows. There was a nice comfy chair. There was plenty of room for us and our two German shepherds. Denny's restaurant is next door. The place stayed well lit outdoors at night, which I appreciated when taking the dogs outside. It is located right off of the 805 freeway. The breakfast was fine.

Cons:

We got into our room about 1.5 hours late because someone was fixing the air conditioner. Unfortunately, we could only turn it on or off, and couldn't adjust the temperature or fan.
